I've come here several times and the staff is very nice and friendly. Their service is very fast. Their quality is consistent and I've been satisfied with my bagel order every time. I usually get an egg and cheese bagel, which I've liked. I recently got a vegetarian bagel sandwich and it was quite flavorful though a bit watery from the veggies. It's clean inside with adequate seating.

The bagels were delicious. I got the lox and my gf got bacon and egg sandwich. Bacon was cooked perfectly (not chewy and fatty). Lox was generous. The price is affordable. We also got two coffees that were excellent (white mocha and caramel something). And I noticed they had a wide selection of hot teas that looked very enticing. Will definitely be coming here again.

I was super excited to try this place out since I've heard it's really good from a lot of people. I came their at a busy time and surprisingly my order came out pretty quickly. Once I got home though and tried my bagel, it was really hard to chew, I thought maybe it was just that one side of the bagel so I scraped off the cream cheese and saw that the whole bagel was a darken brown and burnt all around. I've been to many bagel places before and I try not writing bad reviews but come on how tf do you mess up on a plain bagel. Overall I'm giving it 3 stars since my bagel was charred, though I would definitely try this place again.

This used to be my favorite bagel spot in Sj, but the past two times i've been in have left disappointed. This is NOT the place to go to for a bagel with cream cheese, because you won't get what you pay for. I feel scammed.

Sign on the window says they close at 4pm...I came in person at 3:45....they were already closed. On Yelp it says 3pm. Food is yummy but dang it...closing too early.

Had the garlic Bagel and it was perfect! I wish this was a well known flavor available everywhere! The staff was nice and the bathroom was clean.
I've been coming here for decades and finally giving them the review they deserve. Used to work around the corner and came here almost everyday for years. Then moved across country and its always on my hit list whenever I'm in the Bay Area. Their bagels are top notch. Period. It still hits the same even 20 years later and that's no joke. The people are friendly and service is quick. I love this place and hope it'll be here for decades to come. And yes, this is WAY better than a NY bagel.

Ordered chicken salad sandwich as soon as I bit into it it all fell apart. Please put some mayonnaise to hold and bind the chicken salad right now what you have is chicken pieces with celery Good Lord

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. They simply cannot follow a simple request: no cheese on my sandwich. Not once, not twice, but on three different occasions I have very explicitly asked for no cheese and yet I get home to discover cheese on my bagel sandwich. I guess it is my own fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying again and again. Avoid this place if you have the choice.
