We went on Saturday around 4:00 PM. I was so excited to take my friends to Rita's, however we arrived with a locked door. We then noticed the windows were covered with garbage bags. There was one little slot that we could see inside, and it was completely empty. The sign on the door showed 2 months of unpaid rent. They literally abandoned shop.

I went here several times in the last month, and it has been closed every time. I also noticed the Rita's in Oakridge Mall has shut down. I'm giving one star because they should take down their signs, so people dont keep wasting their time going there.

I arrived at their store on a Friday at 3. I was greeted by a sign that said their hours were from 12-9pm Fri-Sun. But their door was locked. Where is the staff? This is a place a business. Why was their door locked? This was an incredibly frustrating experience. You can be sure that Ritas will never see my business again. Which is a shame, considering I went there frequently.

First timers here going in for some late evening dessert. The custard was creamy, fluffy and tasty. We were greeted right away and helped by a was sweet and so friendly youngster name Jose.

Drove from the other side of town, about 25 minutes, for an ice cream fix. Hours say they open at 12 and got there about two o'clock. They had different hours posted on the door saying they were opening at 230 on weekdays. Sat around until 245 since I had already drove all the way down here and there was still no sign of any employees. Very unprofessional and inconvenient :( Had to go elsewhere for ice cream.

Always love Rita's!!! Very solid go-to place for my desserts. Every time I've been here the customer service is perfect and the line isnt too long.

Wonderful location! Rita's is always a treat, which is why I try to come here when we are in the area. Italian ice is such a nice departure from shaved ice. It's far more smooth and consistent flavor all the way through. It's not like a slurpee because it's thicker and far more sophisticated ;-). Fave flavors: mango, strawberry, island fusion, juicy pear, pineapple & green apple. Ok, fine my list is long. Don't judge! LOL. My little dude likes the cotton candy, while my big dude likes more citrus flavors like lemon and mango orange. The custard is really what brings it home for me. I could have a gelati everyday and be happy! My pants and wallet won't be as happy if I had this vice. Parking is easy enough because it's near a very big lot with a grocery store and several restaurants in the same plaza. It can be a little challenging to find as it's facing the street. Worth going here!
Super disappointed when I arrived at about 8:10pm tonight. The guy behind the counter was very unfriendly and I told him I needed to take pics for my boyfriend because there were no flavors online. I mentioned their sugar free Italian ice. He said "we don't have that". I explained to him that I saw it online and I even pulled up the page to show him. He seemed very uninterested and even a bit annoyed. I ordered 3 items and left. The place was empty, it was way before closing. Not quite sure why he seemed so unhappy with me being there. I guess I'll go to another place the next time we are looking for Italian ice. I hope the owners look at their cameras.

Good choice range for both custard and ice cream. The prices are also acceptable. Loses a star because it has no seating/space really. That said, their Birthday Cake flavour is definitely worth trying, and is really good!

I have been to this store 3x and every time my experience has been terrible for various reasons. The Rita's in Campbell will be the only one I go to for now on. 2 other times ' our machine is down you have to pay cash' 'We can't take the coupons because the machine is down' Never again
