The quality cuts of meat are a highlight, and cooking on the rock allows for a personalized dining experience. The ROK is an experience. You cook your own steak on a volcanic rock heated to over 700 degrees. The chimichurri sauce was great, but the mushroom wine sauce was excellent. Order the Hanger if you want to eat like royalty on a pauper budget. The steak was not bad. The service was fantastic and it had a good atmosphere. The food was spectacular!
