Good fried wontons
We ordered Pho, egg rolls and spring rolls and everything was delicious. Ingredients were fresh and good portions. My only complaint is that we only got one single packet of hoisin sauce. Good thing we had a bottle at home. Definitely recommend

This time should be our 4th time in this place. Previous experience were quite positive, and my daughter likes its pho soup. Today I ordered the Sizzling beef rice. The first few bits were okay, and then its getting salty and salty until everything tests bitter. I have to drink a lot of water. Told the server to bring me extra rice so I can mix it up. But still salty. The server is okay, but nobody come out and explain to me why it tasted so bad.

I love the pho as I swear this was the only place that the meat literally melts in your mouth. I’ve had waygu at other places but this place was tops.

Skip the plethora of chain places in this shopping center and go here!
We had the rice plates (both pork & chicken), a pork spring roll, and an iced coffee. The V-pop was a little loud, but not too much. Very loungy, but melodic selections.
Everything was top notch. The rice plates were super filling as well as incredibly tasty. Even the coleslaw salad was really good.
It seems like much of the food has a bit of fusion elements, but not strongly so.
The spring roll had grilled and marinated pork, which is an upgrade to the typical ones.
I’ll come back for some soup dishes or Bún, but I’m confident they will be good too.

I just recently discovered Pho soup and Roots was recommended to me by a co-worker since I told them I wanted to get some good soup for my cold. I just love this place and glad my first experience with Pho was here. I love the broth that comes with the Pho it's so tasty, wish I could buy it by the buckets! I've only done order pickup.

Delicious food, a modern twist on Vietnamese cuisine. We tried three different kinds of meat dishes, and all three were outstanding—tender, juicy meat, flavourful sauce, and good-sized portions.
The soup was underwhelming, but it may have been meant to be spiced up to taste with sauces available on each table. The dinner was very affordable (about $25/pp), which hasn't happened lately anywhere else. Overall, it was a great experience.
I got to take out of wagyu brisket pho. It was delicious. they actually have very nice dining area.
Update to highly recommended. Visited again and exceeded expectations. Softshell crab salad was crispy but melt in the mouth soft. A simple fried chicken rice had a light crispy skin and juicy inside. A touch of sweet and sour sauce on the chicken was spot on. Lemongrass beef and shrimp vermicelli bowl has flavorful but surprisingly not sweet. Even the fish sauce that came with the chicken rice has more umami and less sweet than the usual stuff.
Strictly speaking 4.5 stars. Food has good flavor but way too heavy for our taste. One can taste real butter in the sizzling dishes. I’m sure it’s a good thing for most, hence the 5 stars. We usually use little oil and salt so the dishes are more salty and oily for us.
Cozy pho place. I ordered the seafood udon bowl. The crab was good, the shrimp was delicately prepared, the fish balls were very good. The only down side was the pork, it felt a little out of place in the seafood mix. The noodles were good and the broth was very flavorful without being salty.
My boyfriend and I discovered this restaurant while looking for a new spot to eat instead of our usual go-to in Vietnam Town. I was really surprised by how good the food was! I had the spring rolls, pho, and a sizzling dish. The pho broth was amazing—you can tell they simmer the beef bones for hours to get that deep, rich flavor, and the best part is there’s no MSG. The spring rolls were super fresh, and the peanut sauce was perfect. The sizzling dish was also spot on. Everything was delicious. I will come back for sure.
