I saw this place on a YouTube San Jose food tour video a while back. I went today and it was worth the hype. The surf and turf birria taco was amazing, highly highly recommend. The shrimp were huge and perfectly cooked and just added perfectly to the birria. I traveled from an hour away to try it. Rosario's Tacos is a hidden gem that delivers on flavor! The tacos were outstanding - perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with fresh ingredients. But the real star was the consume salsa. It had just the right amount of spice and a depth of flavor that kept me coming back for more. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food, Rosario's is a must-try.
