The pizza was good. The staff was great and very helpful. I will get pizza from this location again.

I took a group of disabled young adults for dinner on Thursday July 14There was only one guy there who was very surly and rude. Later, when we ordered more stuff there was a different guy there who said the other guy was a supervisor.The so called supervisor has zero people skills and is very rude.We will not go to that location ever again.There are other Round Table locations with excellent customer service.

This place has gone downhill! They got rid of the buffet and the Asian guy at the cashier have zero customer service and people skill. He overcharged me and when I complained, he got mad and yelled at me for his own mistake. The middle eastern guy who I believe is a manager of the store came over and yelled at me even more infront of other customers. Sad to say but this place has gone downhill ever since the new owner took over in terms of food quality and customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Calaveras in Milpitas or the Berryessa location. They actually care about customer service and the quality of their food!

Order delivery and used the no contact option (default) delivery driver insisted I sign the receipt. Not exactly no contact, be aware.

Active manager was amazing he helped me out with an issue I had with pricing. On top of that he saved me a trip home, also had a great associate up front who was helpful too. Did'nt catch their names but it was great service.

Big enough for meetingin a separate room. Their pizzas are well made and their crust is crispy. Their server brought several pizzas into the room where we had an evening meeting. Enough leftovers in carryout boxes for several attendees. Good place with competitive prices.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I placed a pick-up order for 1 large extra-large combination pizza at 3:45 pm on a Sunday 12/29/19. I was told the price and that it would be ready within 30 minutes. I showed up at about 5:00 pm. Nobody knew what happened to my pizza. My order had not even been processed. Other orders before and after mine had been started and completed. The manager never even spoke to me. I asked the overworked girl at the counter if my order could be delivered. (I live about 1.5 miles away). I was told yes but I would still have to pay the $4 delivery fee. Just because I didn't want to wait around for another 30-40 minutes while they made my pizza. I said fine and went home. 90 minutes later, my pizza had still not arrived. I called them at 6:45 to ask where my pizza was. They said it was on its way. An hour later, at 7:45 pm, my pizza had still not arrived. Was the delivery guy walking it over? Was he riding a donkey? I live 1.5 miles away. He could have limped to my place from the restaurant and still taken less than an hour. I called again at 7:45 pm and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I got the feeling that they are dodging my call. The manager still never spoke to me. No apology. No explanation. I understand that they are busy, but they are making pizza's, not semiconductors. It shouldn't take over 4 hours to get a pizza. There are other pizza places nearby, and they will be getting my business from now on. I will NEVER buy from these people EVER again. They have lost my business FOREVER! .Horrible management. Horrible customer service. And I have no idea how the pizza is, because even after 4 hours, IT STILL IS NOT HERE!
