My family earlier today and place was empty. This was out first time to try and the guy at the counter said that due to 49Niners game today we would have to wait for 30min to 40 min for our orders. As Ive said earlier the place was empty. We decided to leave anyway.

The pizza was horrible. It barely had toppings on it. There was 1 to 2 pieces of chicken on every slice. The crust was doughy. It was basically a thick slice of doughy pizza full of tasteless cheese and no toppings. I paid $40 for this pizza. This location has always had terrible pizza, after a couple of years I thought I would give it a chance again. Not coming back. People are paying a lot of money for their food it should be worth eating.
A few hours later I had a terrible stomachache and had to run to the bathroom a few times. I'm pretty sure the pizza wasn't cooked properly either. Very poor and disappointing service.

We ordered pizza to go with full instructions for lite cheese 3 times . They loaded the pizza with extra cheese and when called upon had the audacity to rebuttal sayinr that’s their standard for light cheeseDo not give any business to this incompetent store . This is the second time they have done and not accepted any responsibilityOn top of that the pizza is damn expensive . A medium cost $34 !!! Last timeSpoilt out Friday evening dinner

Person at reception was eating as he attempted to help and had a hard time communicating as he tried to chew his food. Just horrible customer service and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Their online order won’t let you add extra ranch which I usually do because places charge, came here and they wouldn’t give me an extra small ranch unless I went to my car and brought him a dollar. Definitely stingy. Rather get a worse pizza somewhere else who treats their customers better.
Ordered online, and still had to wait 40 mins after pick up time. They started it after I signed the receipt. After the order came it had little if any cheese on it. I PAID for extra cheese. A waste of time and not worth coming back. Stay away!! You will get scammed out of your toppings you paid for.

Doesn't even deserve one star. We ordered a pizza online at 8 PM and they close at 9. We got there at 8:15 and they said they can't make the pizza because they are closing and wouldn't make the pizza! Why say you close at 9 if you cannot take an order at 8 PM.Do not go here! Horrible customer service and does not care!!While we were there, they got more online orders a person from the back came to the cashier and showed multiple tickets that the online system printed, and the cashier stated to just let it be and NOT make the order. It was only 8:19 PM. Google, Round Table app, yelp, all mention a closing time of 9:00 PM.Save your time and energy and go to another Round Table or pizza spot. Staff is RUDE and the reviews posted by others are accurate. Seems like it is a common theme on the customer service and what to expect at this location. Hope corporate steps in the investigate.
