Terrible! They got our order wrong. No sauce on the Maui zowie pizza. Didn't give us a Caesar pizza, gave us a garden. The guy before us got his order wrong you!!!

Do not go to this Round Table Location. They do not offer delivery, and they will hold your pizzas for ransom if you do not tip once you go in for pickup. Nowhere is it standard to tip for pizza that you pick up yourself. Silvia Balthazar, the woman working there, purposefully delayed putting my pizzas for in the oven until it was clear I was not going to give her a tip. I should have known that something was up when she rudely demanded "something for me" as soon as I walked in. After staring at me for a while, the employee attempted to guilt me into tipping because her boss, Harjinder, didn't pay her at all. She also complained that her boss did not want to work and left her alone with the store. I ended up waiting 45 minutes after I called in my order, I was the only person in the store. I do not recommend anyone go here.

Great place for pizza, etc. Did a takeout, staff very friendly, order ready on time, hot and delicious. I will frequent this Roundtable in the future. Don't understand other comments regarding a tip, but I find them very deserving of a gratuity and will continue to do so. And furthermore, no one asked me for a tip, don't know where that comment came from.

I never write reviews but this place really put me in a whirlwind. I called to make a pickup order at 9:15pm (45 min before they close) and the lady was being so whiny on the phone and saying how "everyone wants to go home" "we want to close the register" and that we need to be there ASAP and pay in cash. I live close, I was going to be fast anyway. I told them I don't have cash and she let out a sigh and said "it's okay". At this point, the level of unprofessionalism is infuriating me so much I don't want their pizza but my friends still insisted. The staff needs to keep in mind other people have jobs that are way harder and more demanding than... pizza. I don't want to deal with this whiny 50 year old on the phone after work wtf?! Quit your job if you hate it so much! We get there 10 min after the order was placed, and the door was locked BEFORE THEY CLOSED! I don't understand how places can get away with crap like that. They let us in, got our pizza and THEN! The lady had the nerve to point me to the tip part on the receipt and muttered "We stayed late to make it good for you it would help"! Like- you're still open and I work for fast food, I understand tipping helps a lot but if you have to beg for your tips then you have a terrible, horrible work ethic. You earn them by going above and beyond, that's Food Industry 101 babes . The reason why this got two stars was because the pizza was good, she offered us ranches and stuff which was cool. But omg i am never coming here again, if i wanted to be somewhere where people were begging me for money and complaining, I'd go to downtown like DAMN!!

Pizza is mediocre at best and the staff actually ask me to leave them a tip. Aren't tips supposed to be earned based on quality of service???I will no longer visit this location. I'd rather drive further to get better food and service that deserves a tip.

Service SUCK! I ordered three small pizzas & I specifically made sure the orders were given correctly. Well, guess what! And they still managed to SCREW it up. So I called them & they passed me to three different people. Everytime each person would ask me pick up or delivery. And everytime I try to explain to them why I called. Finally, I got pissed off, I told them I called to complain about my screwed up order. The last person went silence, but after a few moments asked if I wanted another pizza made. I told them it was not worth the drive. I hung up!! NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! BEWARE OF LOUSY SERVICES!

Good place to unwind after the kids playground next door. Watched a kids movie while waiting for the pizza. Cheese pizza was good. Staff was nice, just make sure to tip

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza for carry out at 9:45 since they close at 10 and I got off of work at 10. Although I had someone picking up my order for me so they wouldn't stay late I got a call from a worker. Told me they actually closed at 9 and I had to cancel my order all together. Do not waste your time at this spot. Terrible customer service and website straight up lies to you.

Amazing service, and pizza. I've been going with my son after visiting the next-door jumping playground and the pizza never disappoints. I definitely recommend!

We have been using this location a few times because of its convenient location. However, the quality of the pizza is much worse than other Roundtable locations. It is often overcooked (or even badly burned), there seems to be fewer ingredients in the toppings as compared to other Roundtable locations. However, the rude service is what made me stop coming here. Last time I was picking up the pizza, the woman who worked there started to basically demand a "cash tip" despite the pizza being burned again. I am not going to this location ever again.
