This is my go to place for pizza. I come all the way from the east side of San Jose to get round table pizza from this location in particular. It’s something about the flavor that is superior to any other pizza place. I have eaten just so you know, I am a pizza lover I order from this place once a week the staff there is very courteous and welcoming as well. thank you you guys and I will see you soon.

I used to get good service here. However, the past two times I ordered online, the pizza was not only not ready when I arrived at the projected time, it appeared as though my order was not started until I arrived; and both times it took about 15 more minutes for it to be ready. I asked the person behind the register about this, and she said I should just call in the order. So last night I called in the order and was told it would take 25 minutes. When I arrived 25 minutes later, it appears as though the pizza had been done for some time because the pizza was not hot, only warm. Also, I asked if last nights pizza rewards would be posted in my rewards account, and the person behind the counter said they would. I checked today and the points were not posted; and I did not have the receipt for me to post them myself from the QR code (I only found out you could do this today). It appears that the person or persons in charge of this Round Table location are not very competent or knowledgeable. I like the taste of the pizza; however, it looks as though I may look for my future pizza elsewhere. It is a shame. Do not order online until the employees start checking this for orders.

Round Table Pizza served as the venue for a recent party, and my experience was a mixed bag, defined by the contrast between its functional role as an event space and its underwhelming core product. The Food: A Race Against the Cold The central issue lay with the pizza itself. While I acknowledge the logistical challenge of feeding a large group, the primary takeaway was that the food quickly became unappealing. The pies cooled rapidly, leaving us to contend with cold, congealed pizza for the majority of the event. While I may have been hoping for a superior taste, the fact that the food failed to retain its warmth under party conditions was a critical detriment that severely hampered my enjoyment. The Venue: Stuck in a Time Warp The interior looks like a relic. The atmosphere is strongly reminiscent of the 1990s—and not in a nostalgic way. The facility appears dated, with visible signs of wear, particularly the carpet, which looks as if it hasn't been replaced in decades. While the bathrooms were reasonably clean given that two parties were running simultaneously, the overall environment is tired and in desperate need of a modernization effort. Service & Vibe On a positive note, the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. They managed the two concurrent parties well. However, the energy level of the establishment was remarkably low. Outside of the two events, the dining room was essentially dead. Verdict Round Table Pizza seems best suited for exactly what we were doing: a private party where mingling and social interaction are the main goals. It functions adequately as a budget-friendly event space. However, as a destination for quality pizza or a pleasant dining experience outside of a large gathering, it falls short. It is a franchise I would recommend for a quick, functional party setting, but not for its food or ambiance.

Do NOT make a reservation for a party here.
I called 3 weeks in advance to book a party for my son's first birthday on a certain date and time. A couple of days later, I went into the restaurant to see the space we had reserved. Everything was fine. I called the evening before the day of my party and confirmed with the staff member that answered the phone that everything was good. They confirmed again that I was on the calendar. The space I saw previously was good to go.
My reservation was for 3pm-7pm. I arrived at 2:30 only to find that the reserved space was given to another party. The owner said we could be in another part of the restaurant (the main seating area) and basically told me too bad about my reservation, the other party was here first.
Horrible experience, I will never give this location my business again

Don't go to the location on Bascom if you have a gift card to use. I made an order online and wanted to use a gift card for part of my purchase. I was served by two different employees who could not get my card to go through and had no answers or offers of what to do besides having me pay the full total with my own money. I was forced to cancel my order and go to another location where I had to pay an extra 20 dollars because the prices were more to order at the other location. I am extremely disappointed in the service and it has completely ruined the brand for me. I will never choose to order from a Round Table in the future.

I love this Round Table location! Kamal in the front with glasses is the nicest employee! She deserves a raise! This location I wish had a buffet but they are always kind, accept coupons from their app, etc I’ve never had any issues with them and will continue to keep coming to this location specifically because not only is the pizza amazing but it’s always a great atmosphere with great people! Thank you!

Vegetarian options: My wife won't eat meat or cheese, so I had them make a pan pizza with extra sauce, no cheese, zucchini, artichoke hearts, olives and pineapple. She loved it. BTW, they have red & green onions, spinach, bell peppers and mushrooms too.
