Good polite service. Easy parking. My 3 pizza's were piping hot. Everyone enjoyed them. The children liked the cheese and pineapple one because they are generous with the pineapple spread on the pizza.

Ordered Hawaiian & pepperoni pizza but the Hawaiian tasted sour. Tasted like they used very old or gone bad ingredients. Also, pepperoni tasted so bland. I loved round table pizza but not from this location. Go spend your money somewhere else.

I ordered a pickup order here tonight for a large pizza and twists. When I got home and started serving the pizza to my family is when we noticed the pizza was underbaked and was all dough. I've been coming to this location for awhile as it's really close to my work, super disappointed.

I've ordered the King Arthur for pick up several times. My pizza has always been ready on time, and has always tasted fresh and delicious. I haven't sat down to eat at this location, but it looks clean and like there is plenty of seating. There's also plenty of parking and it seems like a safe area. The Bascom Community Center and library are across the street.
Bad service, orderd and told me it will be ready in 25 min, had to wait 40 min, because " they had to many orders"completly unacceptable,after waiting 40 min they gave me a pizza that was undercooked,bad experience at this bascom RT staff is to lazy including the maneger he just looked with out a care in the world.

I order a medium combo pizza and bbq chicken wings. I was told 45 minutes to an hour this was around 8:45 it is 10:16 round table is closed and I don't have my order. I would like my money put back in my account $41.49

I ordered pizzas through the roundtable website to be delivered at 6pm, and they were delivered at 4pm. I called to ask that this be corrected, and was treated horribly by the staff. I was told that I was incorrect, that there was no way I put 6pm on the order. The roundtable employee literally told me on the phone that "it's not our problem", and that I was just stuck with the pizzas. I was told that they tried to call me before delivering, and that it was my fault because i didn't pick up the phone. They did not leave a message and the number was tagged as 'scam likely' by AT&T. The staff told me that they did not believe me and that I was just wrong or lying - and said that I ordered the pizzas for immediate delivery. Eventually they forced me to text a photo of my online invoice showing that I asked for a 6pm delivery time. After I texted the photo and called back they begrudgingly offered to make a fix. They came to pick up my original pizzas and again told me that they tried to call me and that it was my fault because I didn't pick up. I explained the number was labeled SCAM LIKELY on my phone, and that they did not leave a message. The entire interaction was baffling. Their online system needs to be updated to accurately deliver pizzas on time. I shouldn't have to battle with a staff to buy $120 worth of pizzas. The staff should not say it's "not their problem", try to guilt me, try to insinuate that i was either lying or incorrect. Eventually the pizzas came at 615pm and they were quite good, but I've never had such an ordeal trying to order pizzas. I'm just shocked honestly.

I am one that rarely writes a negative review but I just had to write something about this round table.When we went up to cashier to order, the lady's attitude was so not wanting to be here or talk to us and would be mumbling when answering a couple simple questions. Place was dark and empty and this clearly is a family owned business with the other workers just sitting at booths watching videos/movie on their device.When pizza arrived the same person that took the order came and kinda of just dropped the pizza on our table and left without saying anything.Usually have great experience at Round Tables (my fav pizza) but this one I will not be a repeat customer.
