This place simply knows how to treat their customers. Always with a very kind demeanor. The food is conveniently priced, constantly flavorful and neat.

Soooo slow and wow hardly any avocado. Waited over 25 mins for 2 bowls. Was in a Rush Friday at 1pm, wouldn't have ordered if it was going to be that long, but no one was in there, they were busy just moving really slow. Luckily the bowl it self was decent, but really wish there was more Avocado.

A big fan of Rubios. But this particular location is not managed well. The chefs were fooling around in the kitchen (I could clearly see them). They got both orders wrong, and drenched my burrito in salad dressing. When I got the “fixed” order they spitefully put no salad dressing on my salad, and the other part of the order still wrong as well.

The staff was very friendly. Adriana took my order recommended some choices. The food was very excellent. Don't get me started on the churros. That was a wonderful surprise. Overall very good spot.

Not clean. Not friendly. I'm scared to eat my food. 2/4 employees sitting around. Other two employees couldn't be bothered to tidy up any dishes. Where is the owner or manager? Does anyone care? Is this place going out of business? There are 0 customers in here--perfect time to clean up the tables, wash dishes, sweep floors, change out old condiments with fresh ones, and clean the counter tops.

Generally, I am a fan of Rubio's having been to several locations. My SO and I visited this location on Feb 15th. The experience was far less than satisfactory. We stood in line behind three people and in front of two others while a couple were trying to order. Part way through their order process, the Cashier stopped and busied himself with other tasks, delivering plates to seated customers, answering the phone, and speaking to patrons about problems. Finally, he completed the order process with this couple, and then disappeared from the register while we 7 customers waited in line. It took 12-15 minutes before we were able to complete our order. Including the cashier taking time out multiple times in the process for other tasks. The fruit type drinks were completely missing. Even the tanks on top of the respective coolers were missing. The salsa bar was a mess. Some of the salsas were low and seemed to be there for some time. The verde salsa was very thin and watery. The jalapeno bowl had only about 8 slices of pepper left and no carrots or onions. There were no silverware in the container. When I asked at the counter, he pointed at some plastic ware. The forks therein were among the cheapest, most flimsy stuff I have ever seen. Nowhere near so nice as what can be purchased in bulk at Costco. After we ordered, about 6:45, a fellow walked in from outside and into the kitchen and put on an apron. Apparently just off a break, I wondered about the work schedules that would have a worker off at about 6:30 on a Saturday evening. The food was okay. As we were finishing, there seemed to be some sort of disagreement in the kitchen. Their voices were obvious throughout the restaurant. This location must be an embarrassment to the franchise. I attribute most of these experiences to extremely poor training and management. I am expecting that perhaps this store is on its way out. The franchise owner has cut corners and is probably unwilling to spend the money to make this business successful. I will not go back here.

I'm eating here now. I like the food a lot, but the place lacks service and cleanliness. There are no forks available. I asked for a fork, and was treated like a nuisance for asking for one. After being handed a fork with food on it still, I don't feel like asking for another. The table is sticky, and there is trash left at the salsa bar. I've given this place chances over and over but I think this is the last one.

Came here on a weekday lunch at around 11am to no wait at all. Location is one of many businesses in the Westgate shopping center. Plenty of parking everywhere as the plaza is HUGE. Food The blackened salmon burrito was awesome. Packed with flavor, filling, quality and quantity of salmon was good and I'd definitely come back for the burrito. Chicken and steak tacos were meh. I would prefer one burrito over two 2-taco orders of chicken and steak tacos. Gonna stick with the seafood next time. Service Service was good! I used an online gift card for part of the purchase, and that was handled without too many problems. There is a seating area in front of the counter and the condiments (salsa and lemon/lime) were all very clean. I was probably one of the first customers of the day as I came here pretty early. Looking forward to my next visit!

Came here @730pm on a Sunday night.Burrito especial had old chicken in it and rice and beans were not fresh either. Everything was lukewarm and there were only 5 people in the restaurant so it wasn't bc they were too busy. Disappointed bc literally the day before our family ate at the rubios on cherry Ave near Almaden and it was much much better food quality.

Delicious! Taco Tuesday for fried fish tacos $1,25!!! Save your receipt for a free large soda! Open salsa bar! Open soda and tea machines. Clean and my favorite taco location for pescatarian.

Very neat and convenient place. They offer big portions and for fair prices. We loved the food a lot and the staff were super personal and chatty. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

I recently started coming to this Rubio's location and will probably not bother coming back after today. The place was slow, and the cashier was running around trying to straighten things out because someone's order was messed up. I waited patiently for him to come back and help me. After ordering, I noticed everyone was getting their food but me. Come to find out, the woman working the kitchen gave my food to someone else. The same person that had just messed up an order while I waited to order. The gentleman that took my order was apologetic and hurried to make my food. The other girl wandered around the kitchen ON HER PHONE, not helping with anything. Maybe if she looked up from her phone, she would stop messing up everyone's order. The place was also very messy, and there was no cutlery available because it was all dirty. If the place was so slow, I don't see how everything is so messy and unorganized?!

Understaffed, Small Portions for the price, Good for white ppl, as they don't know the difference. If u want real tacos, go to a Mexican Taquria...
