I LOVE this location! Robbin and Jaydah are my favorite ones to see. Robbin is so happy, friendly and loving every time I'm there. I've gone in when I'm crying and I forget why when I see her. You're magnificent! Thank you for helping me with my mental health

This Safeway location is definitely nicer than the ghetto one on Winchester and Stevens Creek. The employees are all really nice and helpful as well. There is a lot of good variety here but the prices can be quite high depending on what you buy. Sometimes if things are on sale or you use a digital coupon deal, you may score a bargain, but overall it's not budget friendly. Why would you buy an onion for $2.50 when you get it at Grocery Outlet for 35 cents? It's mind boggling. I do half my shopping here and rest at Grocery Outlet. The produce and dairy at Safeway is so pricey and it's not worth it. I remember Safeway back in the day used to be better.

This Safeway opened up right across the street from where I live so I've been coming here all the time. This location has the nicest and most helpful staff compared to any other grocery store I've been to. Every worker who has helped me has been knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to the staff for always making it a joyful shopping experience. :)

Overall prices are high, quality of food is hit and miss "depending on what you buy" for instance there dairy gold eggnog is pricey but is top notch Quality. Fruits and veggies on the other hand usually have no flavor at all. The meat department is not bad but the prices, ouch!! So far my experience with the checkers have been pleasant they all seem to be pretty nice. I would give them higher marks but honestly I feel the store is deceptive in their advertising, it's almost like they put some items on sale after they raise the price. But I. Digress.

This is a nice and clean new store. I haven't been able to go out to get groceries this week so decided to try the Safeway delivery from this store today. The app was easy enough to use and I put together my order, entered payment and selected a delivery window that was a 2-hour window about 4 hours later. The delivery window was around supper time, but I figured that would work out since it was my food that I was expecting to have delivered. I got an email confirmation and made sure to stay home during the delivery window. The scheduled delivery window came and went. I am now on the phone on hold with corporate customer service because apparently this store never processed my order. My credit card was charged $260 and I waited the full 2 hours, but within the 6 hours since I placed the order, not one notification from Safeway that they were having any issue. It took my calling the help line to find out that no one ever even put the order together. Now, I'm still without groceries and out $260 (for the time being). I'll never try that again.

Beware of this very short hair latino guy maybe 5"3 to 5"5 feet inches height. I wish i could get his name to report his aggresive and rudest employee of all time and report straight to the corporate. 1st of all i never review but today is different. I just finished buying in this store. I soon as i get out i saw the lady putting the safeway cart in the curve next to the edge of the curve. The curve im talking about is before you get inside the store. I notice the cart start rolling out towards in nearby cars in the parking lot. By thankfully the lady grabbed the cart and put back where is the cart suppose to be. There still some carts maybe 2 in the edge of the curve so i start putting it back and saying crying out loud thats LAZY!!! This guy heard me and trying to be a hero and defend his coworker telling me that his coworker are not lazy. His very rude when he said that. He dont know the whole story and start jumping the conclusion that im talking about his coworker. There no point arguing with this guy so i told him just get out of here bro while his walking away. As soon as i said that. His start walking back towards me like a bull and start accusing me that i cursed at him. His trying to tell me this, did you know why the cart is in the curve. Because my coworker sanitize that. Dude! There is no cart in the curve before i went it. And if it true that your coworker sanitize your cart. Do you think its safe put the cart next to the curve? Wind can blow that cart and start rolling out in the parking lot and start hitting some cars. Is safeway paying for the damage of the car? I just cannot believe him. I started to raising my voice too for that his saying i cursed at him. He walked away when some lady told him that she did not heard me curse at him.

Got the rudest experience today with the self check out girl. I went to the floral counter and waited for someone to help me. She came and saw and I was holding a bunch of flowers and so I had asked if someone is at the floral counter that could help me and She answered rudely that OBVIOUSLY NO ONE IS THERE. Like what kind of answer is that? Go find someone to help me then don't give that kind of answer.

Definitely the better ratings for this location is given by their own employees because the service here is absolutely awful. the Deli in this Safeway is horrible. the staff in Deli are extremely rude and dismissive...that is if you can even find anyone to help you! I have to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to show up and then they will ignore me and do their own thing...they are clueless about customer service and even wanting to serve the customer. The manager is super hyper just running around and seems to be unaware of how bad the customer service is. take time to drive a bit more down on Hamilton and San Thomas, that is a much better Safeway and people seem to like working there because they smile and always want to help.

This store has a horrible staff. They should fire the staff and bring new people who want to work. I've been here three times now where the staff just decides they're going to make the decision to close an hour early, 30 minutes early or 20 min early. While people stand outside of the store- employees stand there and tell us they're just closed. I asked if there were new hours. They said no. Okay? So if someone needs medication or anything of importance then we are unable? I understand there is a pandemic. However. We've already had ALOT taken away. We have pretty much no access to any store at all past 9. If you guys close at 11 then stay until you are scheduled. You don't have the option to make your own hours. Not ok.

Yayayay! New Safeway opened a half mile from my house. I come to this Safeway all the time now!! So clean and organized. I usually walk to the store with my twin babies and the staff is so helpful and friendly. I talked with the manager, I believe his name is Fabian, and he told me all about the new store. I usually am checked out by Kenya. Such a friendly girl. Thank you for you're kindness and keeping extra clean during the pandemic.

New!!Clean , friendly and hammed full of everything! It will boost this otherwise not so great shopping center to a new higher quality and help the neighborhood progress! The giant flower assortment if you'd like to bring some to someone USA treat! A mini florist! The only draw back is Safeway is a more expensive than their competition. This store is really nice, should do well!!

Deliciously presented in all departments: vegetable/produce, bakery, deli, butcher, and all grocery isles. Thank you to the Safeway team, this store looks amazing The staff is friendly, the isles are accommodating to ADA & I am excited for this new store in our community! A huge store with the local neighborhood feel!
