We are visiting from out of state. This store is nice, clean and well stocked. Our checkout clerk was very nice.

I visited the store around 11:30 PM on May 28, 2024. During my visit, I encountered an issue with the pricing of an item that differed from the displayed tag. At self checkout, when I asked a female associate for help, I found her response to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite seeing the discrepancy, she did not correct the price. She then consulted a male associate, who also did not recognize the correct price at first. However, he did eventually correct the mistake. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the overall experience Is annoying. I believe there is room for improvement in customer shopping experience.
On a positive note, I would like to commend the cleanliness of the store and the ease of use of the self-checkout system.

Love this store. The new security is overly excessive and aggressive. It makes me feel very uncomfortable shopping here.

I use to like this place. But now the have bad customer service at the deli where I always buy food. This fat Mexican lady hate her job or something. She can see there is a line waiting and she just take her time making everyone wait 15 mins. Then give people bad service.

They need better workers at deli Station. Very poor customer service. I wanted chicken and had to wait 20min when there is no line. Then the lady finally came got me the 8 piece which was the smallest one she choose for some reason.

I love this Safeway. The employees are helpful and very cool. Store is nice clean and organized.... Too bad no more hot soup :(
This is my go to grocery store!! I live in Willow Glen and it’s very convenient to have a store where there’s great customer service, knowledgeable staff and awesome security guards that make you feel safer while shopping. I’ve built a great rapport with the workers and can honestly say this is the best Safeway I’ve ever been to. Keep up the good work!

we've been here twice now, both times at night (10-11 pm ish) where there's stocking boxes EVERYWHERE in every aisle and there's loud construction going on. you're not open 24h, you can hire people to do this after the 2am close...... management needs to schedule these things more efficiently. really wish there was a quieter safeway closer to our house

The clerks are friendly and we have good conversations. Almost like going to a small mom and pop store. There are a few new faces, but they're still helpful and friendly. Shelves are stocked now. There were distribution issues, but things are looking good now. Please note the store closes at 2 AM. The store is safe and has guards now.
