SAJJ Mediterranean (SJ @1st)

I had a bad experience at SAJJ. I ordered a vegan falafel bowl, but when I got home, I saw it was a chicken shawarma bowl.
I went back to the restaurant to fix it. I told the staff they gave me chicken instead of falafel. The person said he would redo the order, but he never said sorry or admitted the mistake.
When I said this mix-up was not okay, he told me the store was busy and it was a human error. But I remember clearly there was only one customer in the restaurant and one pickup order(my order). It was not busy at all.
Mistakes can happen, but how they’re handled matters. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have made a big difference.

I am a vegetarian and I love this place. I try to visit this place whenever I visit my work place. Food is tasty and filling. It’s very near by to work locations on North first and Tasman

Food is good, wraps and rice bowl. It's costly as it's a food chain and food is not that difficult to make and serve, not labour intensive.

Came by on a Friday as soon as they opened, Staff was very pleasant and patient with me as they explained the menu to me. I ordered a chicken and Falafel bowl, it was incredible the ingredients were fresh the chicken warm and the falafel was crispy. I would say the price is very competitive for today’s market specially because the serving is very large. I will be back anytime I’m working in the area.

This is the most value for money healthy fast-ish food I’ve ever had. Absolutely worth it, great taste, great quality food. Go for the chicken shawarma bowl with extra kebabs, you won’t regret it
