One of the last REAL donut spots left on the South Side. I made the mistake of going to Dunkin Donuts because it was on my way home this morning. It was expensive: two tiny and doughy donuts and two latte's were $18; believe me, I regret it now. I promise I will never make that mistake again. SAM's is the ONLY place to go for REAL donuts and it won't cost an arm and a leg. They know what an old-fashioned donut actually is. If you haven't given them a try check them out.

I called asking if this place has something available and she rudely told me she doesn’t have time to talk and that she is busy and told me to come and hung up on me. This is extremely horrible customer service and she ended up speaking another language to somebody in the background while sounding very agitated. I would not recommend anybody to come here or make any transactions to support this business because of this horrible customer service. This is not how you speak to customers.

My son and I love this place. It's our go to local donut shop. Even when super busy they are always very friendly.

If I could put less than one ⭐️, I would. $36 for her to roll her eyes at everything we ordered, sighing after every item with a, “Is that all?” After every word. The worst service and experience I’ve ever had just trying to get a donut and cup of coffee….

Fresh and fluffy donuts. We took a bite in the car and immediately drove back for a full dozen. Just make sure you eat them within 2 days of purchase for best quality.

Donuts are good. But ordered a sausage BACON egg and cheese croissant. Did not get any bacon in my breakfast sandwich.

There are photos showing they make “paczki,” which is a Polish pastry generally eaten on Fat Tuesday. When I called to ask about it, the person who answered was rude and said they don’t make it anymore, and was clearly annoyed that I asked. It’s not my problem 5 people have called you today to ask. Simple solution: update your website and remove the photo.

Delicious donuts! But they have also have a great coffee menu! Not your typical grandpa's donuts.

I bought a coffee and it tasted too burnt ? I would not go to that place again, I preferred to pay 1 dollar more and bought myself a Starbucks

Still the best donut place for the last 30 years. I don't buy donuts any where else.

Great shop. I live really close and always come here for donuts. The donuts are always fresh and the staff is nice.
