One of the last REAL donut spots left on the South Side. I made the mistake of going to Dunkin Donuts because it was on my way home this morning. It was expensive: two tiny and doughy donuts and two latte's were $18; believe me, I regret it now. I promise I will never make that mistake again. SAM's is the ONLY place to go for REAL donuts and it won't cost an arm and a leg. They know what an old-fashioned donut actually is. If you haven't given them a try check...

Great food and even better service! I went to Sam's donuts and got an outstanding breakfast sandwich and some donuts. The sandwich was everything I could have asked for and the donuts were delicious! To top it all off, the people are sweeter than the donuts!

I had Googled the nearest donut shop, with good reviews, near my son's school to take donuts to his teachers this morning and this one had good reviews so I went there to get a dozen donuts plus one for myself. The woman that was working was friendly, she was alone and there were 4 people in front of me in line. My glaze donut was good and I'd come here again.
