Just had a horrible experience at this restaurant. Its totally fake and overpriced menu items , not the quality of taste. Bad food served here, the servers are so annoying, rude and just wanting tips! The steak was undercooked, served with nothing on side, very badly done . When I pointed out to the waitress , she laughed and said thats how we make it. Not worth the price we pay, Never returning back here again

Great food and wonderful friendly service!

Friendly place where, seated at the counter, you can watch all the meal prep. The broiler is really neat. Food is great. Normally just grabbing a meal after work when in San Jose, good place for solo eating - also great for groups at a table.

I tried to eat here at 7:00 pm on Monday May 19th

I was a single diner and was sat near the broiler. I'd heard online that the burgers were good and that they also served poutine.

When a server asked if I'd like a menu, I asked if I could get some poutine, and they ejected me shortly after.

It was pretty bizarre.

I checked online again down the street and the Google map showed they served it, I will never return.

Great food to take family from out of town or a sister who never orders Italian food. Pesto ravioli, fire!

First time eating here at this location. Thankfully, we got there early for dinner. We had about a 30 minute wait, and were finally seated in a booth that had been open since we arrived. Not sure why they made us wait 30 minutes... However, the amount of customers that came in after us was enormous. Food was good and service was pretty good. Our waiter was efficient but said almost nothing. I'm sure they were all busy and working their butts off. We were able to find close parking and had a short walk to the SJ Civic center for J. Bonamassa.

Great steak and salads. Old fashioned drink well made and true to its roots. House wine was Cabernet and paired well with my filet.

I came in on the opening hour specifically for the Prime Rib because of the previous reviewers. Ordered a rare 30oz. Arrived 100% medium-well. The head chef explained to me how their Omaha brand beef are top shelf and dry aged. It doesn't change the fact that it was roasted medium-well that day or from the previous night. I attached photos of what I ordered and should've received. However, the service was excellent.

Asked for something not on the menu, they put it together,
Sat at the counter and watched them put the creation together, delicious!
