This place has serious issues with how they handle money—or worse, they know exactly what they’re doing.
My friend paid cash for a ticket and was given $10 less in change than he was owed. When he pointed it out, the guy at the door brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Then I paid with my card and was charged twice for the same $10 cover. I assumed it was a glitch—until I saw the exact same thing happen to the people behind me.
That’s not a coincidence. That’s a pattern.
Whether it’s straight-up scamming or gross negligence, it’s unacceptable. I’ve already reported the duplicate charge to my credit card company. If you’ve been here recently, check your statements and receipts.
This place does not deserve your business until they clean up their act.

Super bummed with my experience.Have been interested in trying this place out and unfortunately the service was poor. Employee just stood there flirting with his gf the whole time and having her hold him and pet his hair. It was very bizarre. I wouldnt have minded that if there werent people needing service and help downstairs. There was zero staff downstairs. We had to keep going up and down the stairs for help. Had to ask to reserve lanes, and to fix malfunctioning pins twice. Def wouldnt have minded poor service if it was busy but it wasnt.

My family made a reservation for my 60th birthday. We had never been there before and will never return. The waitress stated that she was the only one working due to all the servers that were scheduled called out. So My son and daughter had to go upstairs to order and we had to wait for her to come and reset a lane for bowling because our lane she allowed a group to take over. We wound up just eating and then leaving.
We will not return.

THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON THE CLUB EXPERIENCE ONLY! 10pm and so on!
1st and foremost, the temperature in the club was a sauna. NO A/C what so ever. It was around 65-70degrees outside on a Saturday night, and INSIDE it was around 90-95.
We got bottle service, the cheapest was $325 for Hennessy. Got the table and when the bottle
Girl came to have me sign the receipt the total was suddenly $486. When I looked it over it was tax, club fee, some type city fee, an tipping the girl $40. Crazy how it jumped up to $161.

Disappointing Experience
I recently celebrated a birthday at a nightclub where we had booked a VIP table with a $900 minimum, but unfortunately, the experience fell flat.
First off, we arrived at 10 PM and faced a 10-15 minute wait in line, which was surprising since we usually skip the lines with VIP reservations. Not the best first impression! Once inside, we waited off to the side for our table to be ready, and when we finally got seated, there were no drinks or even water prepared for us. They don’t do anything special for birthdays, just a basic light-up sign. It took 10 minutes for the juice and ice to arrive, and another 15 for our drinks. When we all went to the dance floor and came back. The whole table was cleared. The juices, ice, and glasses we had to ask for more. Throughout the night we also had to be the one asking for refills on ice and juice, instead of them being on top of that.
The service issues continued throughout the night. When we tried to return to our table after dancing, security rudely grabbed my friend, claiming she didn’t belong there. We had to call the birthday boy to sort it out, and this happened multiple times. You’d think they could recognize the people who paid for the table!
The lack of air conditioning made the crowded, hot environment even worse. Adding to the chaos, one of my friends felt anxious and stepped outside for a breather. Unfortunately, when she tried to re-enter, security insisted she wait in the long line, despite us telling them she was with us. This took another 30 minutes and really killed the vibe.
And the music? Let’s just say it was less than impressive. They really played tracks like WILLITO and Yeri Mua…that should tell you everything.
The club also smelled bad like poop, especially downstairs. This mixed with the no a/c and lack of open windows/doors made it worse. They should really allow people to get fresh air because of this.
Overall, the service was poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for special celebrations. The concept is great because it even has a bowling alley and arcade downstairs, i just wish it was managed better. This place has potential to be great. It might be okay for a regular night out, but if you’re looking for a good experience for a special occasion, look elsewhere.

We were celebrating my friend's birthday and decided to leave our table to dance on the dance floor. To our surprise, the servers cleared everything from plastic glasses to bottles of alcohol while we were away. The security staff even tried to prevent us from returning to our table, which they called “special,” yet they couldn't recognize the guests who had actually rented it. The music was good, but the service was incredibly disappointing. Overall, it really took away from our experience.

For as much as they boast a good time. , they will do nothing to get you back inside the building if you left an item inside the venue
Don't go here! Security will kick you out even though your group didn't start the fight. And security don't do their job. The environment sucks, over hyped, and crowded. Hot as hell and drinks are over priced. Just go to 5 points or The Britt next door. I gave the service 0 stars.

Bartenders discriminate need I say more. Pathetically rude experience. Never coming back again. Revenue gap upwards of 10k over customer lifetime.
How are they going to accept my reservation and then book a private event without notifying me? I received no notice until I got there and they told me they're fully booked for a private event. Have the decency to let me know or cancel my reservation. I had to let my manager know that we don't have any plans for OUR event anymore due to their lack of communication. Super disappointed and very unprofessional on their part.
The bartender was nice and made our drinks immediately. We put our name in for bowling and were told 20-30 minutes. An hour later I went to see the bowling attendant and they disregarded the paper we signed and had been rotating other people ahead of us. We were told another 20-30 minutes. The food was ordered when we got here and an hour later, no food still. Told there was a “mistake in the kitchen.” So far not a good experience and not sure we’re coming back.
