We had so much fun celebrating a birthday here last night. I am so thankful they were able to accomodate our [large, last minute] party easily. The BBQ was delicious, chill vibes, everything reasonably priced and the virtual games were super fun! All guests in our party had a blast catching up and eating and we look forward to coming back! Definitely will be checking back to see if there are any live music events here over the summer because that would be perfect! Thank you Camilla and Sauced staff for a memorable event!

This was my first time here , Darren greeted me and my partner , and quickly seated us . Darren went above and beyond explaining popular menu items and his own personal recommendations . The 3 meat plate was perfect for a date night to share , for dessert we had the deep fried Oreos , comes with a big scoop of ice cream , I most definitely will be returning customer 10/10

Tri-tip is a bit tough. There is a fine line between grilled and burnt shrimp and they seem to cross over to the latter more often than not. Service and ambience is great though.

Sauced used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Now it's basically aloud sports bar with big TVs all over the place and with arcade games that have bright flashing lights . It gives off a grimy vibe. The food prices have gone up... and we're not willing to pay this much for BBQ with the poor ambiance. Finally, the service was extremely slow and not good. We literally had to ask to have enough utensils for everyone at our table. We were not offered water or refills for our drinks. The hospitality just was not there. We will likely not return to Sauced and instead go to Winchester BBQ or another spot.

New Year's Eve bust. A BBQ place to be out of Ribeye, Tri-tip, sweet potato's? Very short staffed. No one to greet customers. Our waiter tried really hard, but I don't think he was normally a waiter. He struggled with taking orders and was not familiar with the menu. Order was wrong and took at least 20 minutes to get orders corrected and completed. Corn bread was rock hard and no cinnamon butter given as stated on menu. Had to ask 4 times for spoon for soup. Finally went to bar and requested a spoon and still took 5 minutes to finally get it. Staff generally unhappy. Handed my wife a hot plate without warning or apology when she burned her hand. On a positive, Our waiter tried really hard and kept apologizing and the food, what they had left, came out hot.

They were shorthanded on staff do to illness. Manager was AMAZING! Went out of his way to make a large party feel welcome and overcame the issue.

The food wasn't warm at all. The potato salad had uncooked potatoes. I went in here expecting Texas BBQ, but it was nowhere near even edible. The food was pretty bad and overpriced.

The service here is amazing!! There is a young man by the name of Marcus who was funny, polite, and very respectful. The team seemed to really like each other and that’s always pleasant. This place will be a regular stop for me and my family thanks to the service.

Nice location, nice atmosphere, and that is where it ends. What matters is the food ultimately. This was the worst barbecue I have ever had.

All proteins carried a touch of bitterness due to this establishment's heavy use of mesquite wood for smoking. Among them, one stood out as the worst offender. Here's the rundown:

- Ribs: Just okay.
- Chicken: Dry, with an average taste.
- Brisket: Truly disappointing—bone dry and extremely bitter, with an aftertaste that lingered on my palate for hours.

Mesquite requires a skilled and steady hand due to its strong, bitter flavor profile, and unfortunately, that level of expertise is not present here. If you want great BBQ, Capelo's BBQ in Redwood City is where it’s at, y'all

We had a change of servers a few minutes into service. That caused a hiccup in our drinkand appetizer order. After that everything was outstanding.

The best customer service I have ever experienced at any restaurant I’ve been too.

Probably one of the worst BBQs I have ever had. Everything was extremely dry. Our burnt ends tasted like tomato paste and were overly dry. The quality has gone down drastically since the last time I was here a couple of years ago.

Very glad I went to this restaurant, we were looking for places to eat and smelled the BBQ while walking nearby.
Everything was amazing. I got a smoked hurricane cocktail to start which was a little sweet but they definitely didn't skimp on the alcohol. I got a smoked jalapeno cheddar sausage, burnt ends, chili Mac, and beans. The sides and the meats were excellent and the hot BBQ sauce was actually pretty spicy. Prices were on the higher end but there was enough food for 2 meals. This is my new favorite BBQ place in San Jose

The restaurant was kinda empty, took a minute for someone to greet us. We were able to sit anywhere. We ordered chicken wings, ribs, & brisket burnt ends, and it was a bit dry and overcooked. Overall, it was ok. Staff was nice.

AO “Fine diner”

Really disappointing, flavorless, cold and bad wine, nothing like the Livermore branch.
