We were gifted 2 gift cards but according to the staff they recently switched systems therefore they were not able to accept our cards. We weren’t offered any sort of accommodation or discount due to the inconvenience. Asked for a corporate number no one knew anything. Asked for a manager, and all i got was scrambling around, and no response. This isn’t right. So the gift cards that our gifter purchased were just free money to this business?? How many others did this happen to? We will be contacting the state’s consumer protection agency as well as the FTC.

Food is just terrible. I could write a lengthy review about my families visit... but suffice it to say it was very poor. I appreciate your concern. To be more specific. Meal 1 NY omelet no filling, but a very small portion cooked into the eggs. Literally 1 tiny slice of sausage...one. and almost no diced thin sliced ham. It was mostly just egg. Meal 2 biscuit eggs and gravy... just a giant mound of tasteless glop. My granddaughter took one bite only, and we didn't even take it to go. Meal 3- gave us the wrong specials... so had to come back and retake the order. Then ordered the chorizo special. Chorizo was pretty much absent. But the little bit that was there was very bad... like the cheap tube stuff you buy. Over all the food was just pretty bad. We paid and took nothing to go. Cinnamon roll was nothing but bread with almost no cinnamon gooy stuff you enjoy.

Triple check when you order to go since most of the time they forget something. The manager doesn’t really care. I told him about the missing sides and he argued on the call. Poor customer service for the to-go. I had a good experience eating there beside the bad smell of the sewer/toilets
This was worst breakfast I’ve EVER had!!!! The Benedict toast was soggy wet, the avocado was old and mushy and the Bernaisev sauce was tasteless. But service was great.

Really poor experience, starting with the sewage odor that greets you as you walk in. (Part of the restaurant was roped off which made me think it was a recent plumbing emergency, but I see other reviews going back months have noted this. If I'd seen that I wouldn't have come at all.) Paleo poached egg and vegetable dish was basically a plate of randomly chopped, flavorless steamed vegetables with no seasoning and two (perfectly) poached eggs. My side of biscuit and gravy was served before the main dish, and the biscuit was hard on the bottom. Coffee was good and the server was lovely but her skills are wasted on this place. Not recommended.

First, coffee was served luke warm, was a little warmer second cup. Had a california scramble, the same was not hot and not exciting..seemed like the hash browns were not done. Not very happy.. Not a big dish for the price.
