The savory broths and solid meat cuts offer a delightful shabu shabu experience that's well worth the wait in line. All you can eat was reasonably priced for the quality, the atmosphere is simple yet inviting. Service is efficient and friendly, ensuring a satisfying dining adventure

Unfortunately we both found strips of plastic in our food. It happened twice and then after telling them we were only discounted $3 off a $75 meal

This place is delicious and was one of the first Shabu places I tried years ago. The meats are great quality and I love the sesame sauce. I do wish there were more carb options but the ramen was enough. The place is clean and near closing time, you can smell that they were cleaning the restaurants- not in a dangerous overbearing way though. The service here was good, very attentive, and friendly. Shabuway will always have a place in my heart as it introduced me to the world of hotpot.

First time here. When asked how it worked they said just said to dump everything in. At one point it stared boiling over too much and spilling on the table and no one was around to help and in the back. Taste was ok, pretty bland in my opinion.

Love that they have reserve online, only wait for 5 mins to get seated on Friday around 7pm. Food came very fast, we got to pick half and. Half broth. Love the high quality meat and veggies options available. We chose the Kobe beef and any meat option AYCE. Ambiance is casual and clean.

My boyfriend and I came in recently and opted for the AYCE angus beef, which is served with veggies and rice or noodles. We chose the split pot and got extra spicy miso and tonkotsu broth. Each diner will also have their own ponzu and gomadare sesame sauces which can be garnished with scallions and garlic. The AYCE is a deal if you can eat 2+ plates of meat which I would say most people would be able to unless you have the world's tiniest stomach. Typically we're able to eat 4+ each even with prior snacks and meals... more if I wasn't such a veggie lover and willingly fill myself up on cabbage and mushrooms every time. It was my boyfriend's first time having hot pot and he devoured everything especially that ponzu. There isn't a ton of variety on the menu compared to other hot pot spots (try saying that fast 5 times), especially the veggie and broth options, but it does the job and hits the spot. The meat is decent quality and veggies are fresh. I'm a veggie lover and wish there was slightly more variety but I was still satisfied and would come back if I find myself wanting a simple, no frills hot pot night. I wouldn't recommend this spot to vegetarians. Would recommend going AYCE if you can eat! The restaurant was very clean and the service was so good. Our plates were being replaced within seconds of us finishing the last one and our waters/sauces were constantly being refilled. Super nice and accommodating employees. The parking is plenty, and there are nearby spots in the plaza to grab dessert at if you have room. Personally I have a separate dessert stomach that can always go for boba or ice cream no matter what I just ate, so I stop by Teaspoon after.

Was craving some shabu shabu/soup for dinner. The portions was on the smaller side, but i was definitely full with a medium portion of the meat. sadly there wasn't a huge selection of soup bases (see menu), but I did find I liked the tonkatsu soup base! It was light and slightly rich. The service was great, fast and efficient. The seating and dim lighting also gave the restaurant a cozy ambiance for a casual dinner with some friends or family! The prices were not bad at all, and quite affordable for shabu. I personally would opt to try other places, just simply because i enjoy having larger selection of soup bases :)

It was a Sunday and raining so I checked yelp which one of my favorites was open at 8pm since I just got out of church. Luckily Shabuway is open till 9pm. I've not been back for awhile and have not written any reviews coz nothing was new then. Now, I felt like reviewing . Well, everything increased so that's that but the servings are lesser ! I had a combo of pork Kurubata and angus medium. Not ayce coz this is fixed serving . It 50%more for an ayce. I still enjoyed it anyway, eating alone, tucked in the corner. Although it was closing, I felt I wasn't rushed. People were leaving when I got there at 8:30pm though... Still my got to for quick hotpot.

We really enjoyed the hot pot and assortment of options. It is a special hidden gym that made for a fun lunch date. The ambience was casual with some louder music, but we enjoyed it. The Kobe beef was so tender and loved the ability to add our own spices.

We came here during dinner time and waited about 10 minutes for a table. We went for the AYCE shabu with the Angus beef meat only.Service: 10/10The server who served us was very accommodating. We had originally chosen miso broth and seaweed broth but we realize the seaweed broth was just hot water and 2 small pieces of seaweed, so we asked the server to change that broth to Tonkatsu broth and she switched it immediately. We also asked for chili oil with extra peanut sauce and she also brought it out quickly. I also notice that as soon as we were done with oir meat, another plate would come quickly, which shows how attentive the workers were.Shabu: 10/10We love the two broth! If I had to choose which one I like more, I would say the Miso broth would be my favorite! The angus beef was brought to us with a thin sliced cut. The meat quality was very juicy and you can tell it's fresh since you see them slice it in the middle of the restaurant. Putting the veggie bowl in the broth with the meat made the broth super rich in flavor.Overall, I would come back again when I'm craving hot pot. This is a great spot for casual dining.

This place has gone downhill on customer service and the prices went up so no point in coming to this shabu place as the competition is fierce. They used to have a lunch time price, but that's gone away so you're paying about $24 per person for lunch. At that price you would think the customer service would be outstanding. Nope. The servers seemed disinterested and bored. We were NEVER asked if we needed anything. Had to shout out for extra napkins and a refill on the sauces. And all of that met with disdain from the servers. Goodbye Shabuway. Hello Tabu Tabu.

Food was wonderful as usual, however ordered the AYCE, and only ate kobe beef. During the experice, both myself and my GF felt rushed, and the service was honestly some of the worst service I've ever had. Having to wait for food between plates, not asked if we needed anything else, and so forth. It could've been because of my skin tone, or maybe it was another reason. Hopefully the current staff isn't around for long. And I'll stick to the other location for now.
