A lovely cozy urban health and welness club located in west San Jose. The owner was extremely welcoming and kind. My first time in I was Nextdoor getting my car smogged and stumbled inside. They have many options for health shakes and was recommended the cookies and cream shake and it was fantastic. Recommend 5 ⭐️
