This is a great Shake Shack. I like it better than the Palo Alto location

To be honest, It did not impress me. I've heard so many good things about this place that my expectation was high. The only thing super tasty were the shakes. The hamburgers were not very tasty. Even the bun was not good. Besides that it is very pricey! We spend over $70 for 3 people. The employees were very friendly and courteous.

I used the self-service kiosk to place my order, and at the end of my order process the system asked if I wanted to leave a tip. A tip for what, exactly? The people in the back doing their jobs?
I'm not interacting with anyone except the person who walked nine steps to bring me my food, and the owners have the audacity to put a prompt for a tip in the system? I paid $20 for a single burger, regular fries and a Coke; that's already highway robbery...and then they ask if I want to leave a tip.
I will never go back.

This burger was absolutely delicious! The patty was cooked perfectly with a great sear on the edges, and the melted cheese added the perfect richness. The fresh lettuce, crisp onions, and juicy tomatoes balanced it out with a refreshing crunch, while the bacon gave it that extra savory kick. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying—definitely a burger worth coming back for!

Food was delayed by 30min. It’s just a burger and a shake how long does that take
I ordered food for pickup, I arrived on time. When the time on the app came up, I asked if my food was ready, and the counter person said that it wasn't ready yet, it will be soon. So I'm standing waiting when I see someone finish the shake that I ordered and put it to the side and then I see it next to a bag. So I go up to the bag and I see my name on it, but it wasn't another 3 minutes until I can get a word into actually get my order. By then my food was already not as fresh as I thought it would be, considering I had to wait to come out anyways. That's literally my only complaint. The food was delicious, and the shake was pretty good even though the decorative chocolate was a bit too thick. I got a really good deal on the app due to a mobile code so again, my only complaint was that the person at the counter

Well, this place is actually known for burgers but we were here to pick up a drink. They have a huge variety of different flavors and we settled for Dubai chocolate and were quite pleased with the kind of blend that we got. Tasty and quite filling too .

The cashier was rude with her indifference, waited quite a while for an unimaginative hamburger, which was just thrown onto the table by the delivery person. Very expensive for what you get. I won't be back.
