Stopped by and they let one customer in at a time due to COVID and the shop is small. You place your order and you have to wait outside while it's being prepared. I love the sea salt cream.

It's a real shame that Sharetea is one of the closest boba shops to me. I came in at 6:30PM on a Thursday and was greeted with "hi, we ran out of all teas so we can only make you water based drinks". That's fine, I will go elsewhere for tea, since that's what I came for. I usually get the ice cream black tea and I have to say that's really the only drink I'd get from Sharetea. I've tried other drinks and they were subpar. We just wanted a quick fix this night but I guess we won't be coming back here anymore if they run out of all teas 30 minutes before closing.

A little concerning considering the pandemic were in at the moment, but I watched as the manager took back drinks from a guest after they had left, used their own kitchen utensils to re open the drinks, and went on making other drink orders without washing his hands. Starbucks doesn't even take BACK drinks once it's in a guests' hands because that's cross contamination. Please wash your hands and think about the extra precautions you should take in a food service establishment.

Not that good. The store itself is small, and currently with covid, they only allow one person inside at a time. There's not much room to form a line or wait for your order to be ready on the outside. The mango green milk tea tasted more strongly of green tea than of mango, which is not necessary bad, but not what I was looking for. The selection of toppings is relatively small, and mostly flavors that may not be familiar if you're not from an Asian background. It's nice that they give you the option of ice and sweetness levels, but I'd like to be able to ask for extra sweetness rather than only reduced sweetness. They do not have different sizes, but it's not tasty enough that I'd want a larger size anyways.Prices are fairly standard for a boba place, but you have to pay an extra fifty cents per topping, even the first. They do not take Google/Apple/etc. Pay, and only take card for transactions over $6.00.Overall, it may be good if you like flavors so subtle that you have to go on an adventure to find them, but if you like something tasty just go somewhere else.

Don't come to this sharetea the inside wasn't very clean. The shelves where they keep the tea have mold growing under the tape and it's VERY noticeable. The customer service was okay but when I asked for water they gave me hot water with a few ice cubes in it like it was going to cool it down. So all in all, okay service, unclean store, and warm water if you want water. Take your business somewhere else.

I've come here a few times, each time hoping to experience something that makes me think "Wow, that was good. I will get that again sometime". But each time I've visited the milk tea I receive is underwhelming at best. Staff is friendly and speedy which is a plus compared to some places i have been.I love Brown Sugar/Okinawa milk teas, and perhaps I am just biased to the flavors of other tea shops, but Sharetea's Okinawa leaves me feeling disappointed. The boba pearls are bland which didn't help the drink's case. The time before last I ordered a Thai Tea which was better but was also lacking flavor.Overall i don't see myself coming back here again. Not when the bay area is saturated with tea shops which I think are much better.

If you're new to boba don't come here when you ask any type of question your meet with attitude by the manager. This grown man likes to give attitude even to little kids. The drinks are mediocre at best. Don't come here.

I like some kind of teas, milk teas and live in Bay area so many boba shops you have diffirent choices . For me wherever convenient location and I will go for it. I try many places beside close to my house but Share tea is not disappointed me at all. I doordash most the times , my favorite is Thai tea. Sea salt cream ( oolong/ Green tea), ginger and really tasty , quick, correct level sugar, ice ... I used to order taro and matcha there before pandemic time but those drinks are really sweet. Also they sell some ramen soups. Share tea is definitely is my to go spot at this moment

Even the manager is rude

My favorite is the regular milk tea and Thai tea with boba. Definitely recommend this place. The owner is really friendly and is always around to chat. Another cool part is that they are available on Doordash as well.

I come here occasionally whenever I need a boba fix, but it is mostly because of the location. I normally order the same thing, Okinawa milk tea with boba. Sometimes, it turns out a little better than on other days. I've also had good experiences and just okay experiences with staff. If the boba and service were more consistent, I'd knock this review up one more star.

Finally got to try this location and was happy with the drinks. Pretty fast and easy to order and the drinks came quick. Boba was nice and fresh with a good texture and the sweetness on the taro matched the "light sweetness" level of 30%. The mango passion fruit was 50% but was definitely higher probably due to the lychee and jelly syrup. We'd like to try more of the other drinks next time. Even saw they have ramen so maybe give that a try too.

I like to visit this location whenever I'm on this side of town to visit my sister. My go to drink is the classic milk tea with oolong and 30% sweet. The oolong is really delicious here. No lines, very quick service.
