The garlic bread and Spanish Prawns appetizers were so tasty, we dipped bread into the left over prawns oil.

The proprietor, David, takes great pride in the food, developing his own fusions and twists to the common American fare. Everything was tasty and fun vibe.

Good food and service but a little overpriced for what they offer overall. Inside seating is very noisy so consider sitting outside.

We always have a great time there. The owner and staff are friendly and engaging. The food, yum! Butternut squash ravioli, the angry pasta, and the mushroom ravioli, are all excellent!

This place is hard to find, but frankly, don't bother looking for it.
We had the short ribs and the duck lasagna. Food came out surprisingly fast.
Short ribs were ok, meat was a little stringy and dry, meat itself bland but polenta and sauce okay. It generally tasted like beef stew, but nothing to write home about. It was visually not a good looking dish.
The duck lasagna was similarly not attractive, but the top layer was crunchy dry. We suspect it was prepared in the microwave.
Service was fine, however I watched through the window as the man working the bar re-arranged shrimp on a plate with his bare hands before bringing it out to a table on the patio.
We had two entrees, a beer and a wine. Tab was over $100 (not including tip), and we noticed a 3% surcharge for the kitchen staff, which was not mentioned on the menu. If there's a sign about it in the restaurant, I didn't see it, and I did go inside to use the restroom (for which you need a key).
Again, service was fine, atmosphere okay, but the food was very disappointing for this price point.

We celebrated my dad's birthday there last night and were so impressed. The ambiance is charming and intimate, making it perfect for a special occasion. Food was great and unique with artisan touches. Even our 14-month-old son loved it (and made several new friends with one of the friendly bartenders and one friendly customer with some enthusiastic high-fives!). The appetizer shrimp was amazing, and our duck lasagna entree was delicious.

Hidden gem in Willow Glen!
We went for my birthday lunch here with ladies and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and great service. The owner David was so funny and kind, we laughed so much. They had amazing salads, pasta, bread and even desserts!!
I will definitely be back!!

Always enjoy dinner here, enough atmosphere to enjoy the dinner crowd, but quaint enough to have a conversation over the table. This is the goldilocks restaurant, just right! I usually get the short rib dinner, the prawn appetizer is delicious, the crostini is perfect to soak up the delicious sauce. David is a great owner that comes to the table to talk with you and is super welcoming, staff is friendly and tentative.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta
Kid-friendliness: Young kids that are well behaved are good, toddlers or younger not even sure they have high chairs, prob best to let adults have a nice dinner.

Great restaurant, though the address you'll find on Google Maps is incorrect. It's tucked into the back of a Lincoln Ave building that you access from the parking lot off Minnesota Ave. But once you find it, you will be glad you did!

This is actually my second time here, and overall things are going well. The only thing is, the fish seemed slightly undercooked this time, and unfortunately my stomach ended up hurting later on

Nice little bistro! Great service and a really nice atmosphere. The food was very good and so were the cocktails. This was our first time eating here and we had the duck lasagna and the short ribs. Both really solid dishes and we plan to return.
Wonderful small restaurant, friendly chef and staff, delicious food. Nice ambiance, indoor and outdoor. Even when the restaurant is full, it is easy to hear and have a good conversation with everyone at my table.
