This is a review of the brunch, we have not stayed at the hotel. We had such high hopes. The price would also indicate it was going to be special. We stepped out of the car park, music playing and weather perfect. Yay. After a short wait we were called. Following the hostess it was odd we were walking away from the restaurant. We enter the ballroom where there are all these tables squished in. Everywhere. We get seated right at the entry of the waiter entry/exit to kitchen. Horrible. Ah well let’s go and grab the food. Lined up in trays. Those disposable heating flames underneath. Dry. Sparse. The meat station serving raw meat that even the server admitted he wouldn’t eat. Said wait for the next one. Wasn’t any better. Coffee in those push down canisters. We spent $500 on this temporary looking and tasting brunch. We left and grabbed a coffee near by. I’m so disappointed. This was meant to be a special brunch for my wife and the 3 kids. It was an embarrassment. Hayes this is not what we expected from you.

I would recommend it for brunch. It is not the best, but decent. Not enough trimmings for the oysters (which is the main reason I go there) I have to bring packets of my own soy sauce and such. Smoked salmon is farmed and low quality. It comes to $49 after tax, which is cheaper than Scott's brunch.

I have been in this Hotel for business trips and have had meals at the Silver Creek Restaurant at the Hayes Mansion. The food was great service was also friendly and meals were delivered in a short period of time .

The times I have eaten there it has been a buffet style with a lot of options. Variety to please any pallet. Attentive and friendly wait staff. Cost? I am not sure. In my case it was covered by a package for our company meeting. My guess is $$ out of $$$

We had a training session with our clients and had lunch at the hotel restaurant. Variety was good- hot entrees not my preference but the salad choices and even the cold cuts were awesome. The French tolls looked delicious even though I didn’t try it. They had an awesome pasta salad. Service was good. They had a variety of desserts that I didn’t try but they looked great. Good price and quality

We have been going to Mother’s Day Brunch at Dolce Hayes Mansion for years. This year we decided to go the Sunday before Mother’s Day to avoid the crowd. That was a great decision. I highly recommend that you make reservation on line. Make sure you suspend your diet and do not count calories for this brunch. Enjoy the mimosas. The restaurant was comfortably full but not crowded. Everything on the buffet is very good. There are so many choices that if something is not perfect you can skip it. This time the Eggs Benedict was dry but the prime rib more than made up for it. Now that my daughter has discovered that brunch is offered every Sunday, we will be going back more than once a year.
