Just get the actual milk teas on the right most side of the menu. They're actually really good and the sweet Thai creme is a tasty addition. Excellent service here too, I got four drinks to try amongst friends, and half of them were watery but the other two which were the milk teas were definitely a cut above the rest. Their soy milk goes well with their black tea.

We ordered a drink without ice and they mixed water in the drink. It tastes like water and I can barely taste the tea. When we asked they refused to fix the issue. This is not worth 8 dollars. We will not be coming back here.

I came to Sinceretea today, I saw that they have good ratings on google and lots of options to choose from. Upon arrival there was 2 girls in the front of the store sitting down. We stood there waiting to be acknowledged and they did not say anything. I smiled at one of them and she looked at me with a straight face and looked away. After this experience I am extremely disappointed at the poor service. I didn’t even order anything and just left because of their customer service. I also drove here from Tracy to this shop and after a long drive I needed to use the restroom. They DO NOT have a restroom available for the public.

Hands down the best milk tea in the area. Average price point, but great quality. You can tell from the fresh tea flavor in your drink. It's good to know they source their tea from Kaoshiung Taiwan. What's best is that you can avoid the long lines compared to other tea shops in the bay area. We had light roasted oolong tea with tapioca pearls. The delicate and rich tea aroma and chewy boba were delightful. We're so glad we found this low key local place. We also got a black sesame mochi egg puff, which was so delicious with mochi in every bite. Such a pleasant treat.
Order online and then pick up at the counter may be the quickest way for grab and go, otherwise they got some seats outside, indoor by the window or ones paired with outlets. We would love to come back again.

Horrible customer service and not genuine tea/coffee. We had such a hard time with this place. Overcharged prices for bad drinks, there's nothing real lavender, mango, coffee . The batista named Tina argued with us and said they don't use real stuff, just half and half!! Why do you advertise falsely and dissuade customers!
