Cute boba/ coffee place near downtown so parking is very hard to find. However the drinks are very interesting and so taste delicious. A bit on the pricier side but it's definitely worth checking out. There's seating inside and outside.

Bright, clean, welcoming. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for smaller groups of 3-4. Mellow music. You order on a touchscreen and the staff prepares your drinks fairly fast. We enjoyed an ice jasmine green tea with boba, an ice pink lady with boba, and an ice lavender green tea. They recommend 50% sweetness which is perfect. Very refreshing.

Dude behind the counter was a jerk. I arrived almost 30 minutes before closing but he wouldn't let us order a puff from the menu. I drove 15 mins to get here, passing two other tea spots. Service sucks, chairs are hard and uncomfortable. Dude get a desk job and save the public from your attitude.

Ordered a couple of drinks to go on a Sunday. They were quite busy around 3 pm (looked like a tour group visiting) but they had my order ready when I arrived (placed online through their site). Tea was fresh and boba perfect. The Thai tea was a bit too sweet for me so I'd likely get something else next time. As far as quality goes, Sinceretea is probably one of the best tea spots.

Delicious high quality tasting tea! Boba balls are amazing quality too and have a great chew. The amosphere is relaxing with soft interiors and lighting. Fun for a group of friends or family to get together or for a solo trip. I got the merry berry drink and I would get again. Less sweetness was the perfect amount. Only downside was that a lot of the food was sold out by noon and it took a long time to wait for the drink, but there was little staff so it was understandable. Would still come again!

I like the area as there's seating inside and outside ! It's near SJSU too so a lot of students are seen there too. The drinks are pretty tasty and I've been there a lot of times , and each time the drinks are good. There's no bathroom tho I think u have to ask the staff for a key that's for bathroom not inside the store.

I like the tea here a lot. Small selection but very good quality. I'll get their large catering style teas for parties or potlucks and my friends love it.The food offerings besides their eggpuffs aren't very good in my opinion and not really worth it.Service is always quick and the atmosphere is pretty calm and bright.

Love having such a good tea shop right by my apartment! Sinceretea brews fresh and high quality teas, and I appreciate the consistency of quality in their drinks. It has a cozy vibe and is always kept clean and welcoming. always order ahead through their site, and they're usually done pretty quickly. Their coffee drinks are just as good as their teas! Most recently tried their strawberry cream latte, and their rose cream latte (so good with their house made rose jelly!) My favorite milk tea is their peanut butter cream tea, which is seasonal. Definitely check this place out!

I have been coming back to Sinceretea for a boba fix recently. I do still enjoy their tea and especially their coffee jelly and panda jelly toppings. Honestly, their toppings are probably the only reason why I keep coming back. The past couple of visits, the service has been non-existent. Not only do I have to order on their kiosk (which I don't mind until the tip option pop up) but the employees don't even bother greeting you. The employee who made my drink also didn't bother calling out my name when my drink was ready and no "thank you" or anything when I picked it up. It's like, everyone is on mute lol
