Service here is terrible!

I ordered a burger and tater tot’s. It took about 5-10 minutes so pretty reasonable, but as I went to eat I noticed grease dripping down the side of the bag. Utterly disgusting. And the burger and tater tots were also drenched. I went to take a bite and it tasted like someone barfed in my mouth and added too much seasoning. I got food poisoning a couple hours later and on my plane I barfed 3 times and had explosive diarrhea! 🤬 never going here again. Do not go unless you plan to become best friends with the toilet.

I was at the airport Sunday, I tried to order fries & a shake at the kiosk, like I was told by a gentleman when I went up to the counter to order he said “use the kiosk”. It charged my card a total of 5 times. I went to the counter to tell the gentleman, he was extremely rude and asked why I would do that, sir I have no clue it gave everyone else an order number I did not choose to have it charge 5 times, luckily the second lady That helped me out was a lot nicer, supposedly they refunded me, but it is now been almost 5 days and I have not seen any of the money come back to my account. It was almost $75 including taxes. Their phone number does not work on the website, so I have no way of getting back in touch with them.. got charged $75 for fries & a shake. I guess I will try to dispute it with my bank. Don’t direct folks to a broken kiosk. They also said most of the kiosks haven’t been working. So that’s awesome. Food was mid too I would have rather starved and saved $75

*update 13 days later & they still have not refunded my money! They said 5-10 business days and it has been 10 bank days. They will steal your money and never return it.

It takes minimum 30 mins for any kind of order irrespective of the time or crowd at the airport. Slowest possible so called fast food.

I deserved better. Fries were cold and greasy with a weird dill flavor. Hamburger patty was the size of a breakfast patty, too small for the bun. Service was slow. The coke was the only item that tasted good. I should've just went to the sushi place next door.

Very low quality location. Limited menu, burger wasn’t actually smashed- really thick for a smash burger. And fries were basically cold. Waited 15 mins for the burger too.

Miserable service. Slow to deliver. 20 minutes for a burger. Kiosks are flaky, Apple Pay not accepted, need to swipe a card (not chip!) Nobody at the register even when the kiosks were down. Lots of people walking around behind the counter doing nothing. Very disorganized, take your business elsewhere.
