If you ever want a more than decent burger this is the place. Delicious burgers at 5am lord have mercy.

For airport food this place is decent. The wait time is quite high, I waited 20 minutes when there were around 7 people in front of me. The burgers were underseasoned and not that great, but the fries were quite good. There is a large seating area that is decently clean. Pretty pricey but expected for an airport.

One of the better food options at San Jose airport. Relatively basic, but tasty, burgers and fries. Overpriced -- of course. Nearly $20 for the basic burger, fries, and drink.

Absolutely amazing food. Used to eat this regularly back when I lived in New York and I hadn’t had it in about 5 years. Very happy to have it again.

If you like to donate your money this is the place for you. Allow 30 minutes for a to-go order of a crispy chicken sandwich. Tell them you're gonna miss your flight then they may start making it for you. Daylight robbery. Gotta be a lawsuit against the place.

*Update*: I got a boilerplate response here that is *identical* to a previous complaint about slow service. Half of the complaints here are about inordinately slow service. Sorry, this *is* the standard you strive for. Please stop asking me to contact you and change your ways!

A man with gray hair in a ponytail has an extreme attitude and looks like he hasn’t showered for a month-horrible to have someone behind the counter dealing with the public. I simply ordered a burger right after that the computer crashed so I asked him for a Oreo shake and he told me rather rudely that they were out of ice cream and then proceeded to sit down on a stool. Wow I know that serving hamburgers can be pretty rough…

I waited 40 minutes for 4 milkshakes. they move extremely slow. I saw them leaving to do other orders when only one milkshake was done. Called out 20 numbers after mine and I still didn’t have my milkshake all because they didn’t wanna change to refill the ice cream bucket

Waited 38 minutes for one burger. Staff actively avoided my kind request to just check on my order number after 30 minutes. Staff said they would make it (the order mustn’t have gone through) and never called out my number. Leaving me to prompt them again (as they avoided eye contact) to politely check on my order number since my flight was about to board.

Waited 20 mins. They are very slow.
After that the guy mentioned you gotta give me your receipt. So they hadn't even started cooking. He saw me standing there all that long and waited after 20 minutes to tell me that.
Great approach when you want to catch a flight.

Waited more than 35 minutes. The service is extremely slow. If you don’t give the receipt to the cashier he will not make your food but meanwhile he will never mentioned that you need to give him receipt.

The food is horrible, before I get my burger, I ended up bought a taco from next door.

And I heard the cashier say to his kitchen that the customers need to figure out themselves of the different burgers they ordered bc he is not their parents (that order is for a big group about 24 people) they only get a portion of their order, then they need to leave for boarding.

The smash burger district manager HAVE to come here to manage cuz this is such an easy job and your worker cannot even fulfill a simple task.

We ordered two burgers and a small fry and then we said we’re sorry we’re gonna do a large fry instead. Keep in mind nothing has been paid at this point. We said you know what we’re gonna do the large fry and she said no I cannot edit any part of your order. She said it’s not me it’s management they refuse to allow us to edit any order. I said so what if we just walk away right now and don’t buy this. Very silly very stupid very irritating
