Chocolate ganache is super chocolatey, and they always have that. Then try one of their more creative affairs, whichever calls to you. They’re usually delicious, sometimes in a mad genius kind of way
Smitten? Smitten alright. The ice cream lacks any flavor. I ordered matcha and there is no flavor whatsoever. I don’t even know what flavor it is tbh. Personally I would never again especially for the price.
Customer service was good, but their product suck! Icecream flavours lack flavour and were too basic. Accidenly drank their Hot chocolate, God oh god, complimentary stuff from hotels do wayyy better than this.
THE best ice cream ever!
This is my favorite ice cream shop! 🍦 I love that the flavors aren’t overly sweet and the texture is so smooth and creamy. Everything tastes really fresh and light, which makes it easy to enjoy without feeling heavy. The only thing I wish is that they had more flavor options—it would make it even better. Still, definitely one of the best spots around!😋😋😋
Not smitten. Ice cream is decent. No samples. Also two scoops, 1 flavor. No mixing different flavors. 3 scoops? $12 and still no mixing flavors. All has to be the same. The scoops aren’t generous either. Toppings $1.50 each and customer service isn’t the best.
On one visit, I placed an order and specifically requested that my ice cream be made more frosty. Instead, it was served very soft, almost liquid. I also noticed that instead of giving me full scoops for a large order, the employee (a young woman, Asian, with white-dyed hair) split one scoop into halves, so instead of three full scoops, I received less than I paid for. When I asked her to redo it, she insisted it was “part of the recipe” to serve half scoops. This had never happened to me before, even though I come to this location almost every weekend. That day, I let it go.
The following week, I returned, and the same employee was working along with her manager. As soon as she saw me, she loudly said, “He’s back!” and immediately prepared my order again with half scoops, clearly intentional. The ice cream was also liquid instead of frosty. I asked another staff member to bring it to me, and he kindly remade it properly—putting on gloves and preparing it the right way. I appreciated his professionalism.
However, I then witnessed this same employee and her manager deliberately discarding two full scoops and replacing them with halves again. Because the counter has glass windows, I saw this clearly. When I pointed it out, the manager told me they fell on the floor—an outright lie, since I saw them intentionally throw the scoops away. Both the employee and manager then laughed, argued with me, and continued insisting that “it’s the recipe.”
This behavior was disrespectful, wasteful, and extremely unprofessional. I have been coming to this location regularly with my family, but this repeated treatment has completely spoiled my trust and I will no longer visit if such conduct continues.
I ask that this matter be addressed seriously. No customer should be targeted or treated with such disregard, and wasting product under the excuse of “recipe” while lying to the customer is unacceptable.
Not too good
The best chocolate ice cream I’ve had in many years! Now it’s the only place where I can enjoy a truly decent chocolate ice cream.
This was my first time visiting this ice cream shop, and it was such a great experience! The glass panels really brighten the atmosphere, adding a nice touch. I was helped by an employee named Toby—he was a wonderful gentleman with a great smile and a contagious laugh. With so many amazing flavors to choose from, it was hard to decide, but thankfully, Toby’s fantastic recommendations made it easy. This will definitely be my go to sweet treat spot!

Pretty good ice cream spot. The ice cream itself was far too sweet for my tastes but the overall quality was pretty good. Definitely worth checking out.
Some vegetarian options in addition to Vegan is also requested. Keeping vegan is great service. Regards to team.
Customer service is rough. They also don’t always get your order right. The ice cream itself is pretty good though. What really annoyed me was that they give you half a teaspoon of sprinkles for an additional 1.50. Like seriously? Not smitten.
Fantastic ice cream here at Smitten! My first impression was that the price point was high, but after tasting the product I can understand why!! So rich, creamy and flavorful. Mix-ins were abundant, too. We tried 4 different flavors and all were excellent. Definitely one of my top 5 favorite ice cream spots 🤩
We came on a Sunday afternoon and enjoyed our treat with live music in the square as well. A fun spot with lots to walk around and see!
I had my first experience at Smitten Ice Cream and I’m hooked. They make your ice cream fresh to order, so it’s incredibly creamy and smooth. I tried the birthday cake flavor, and it tasted just like the real thing. The staff is super friendly and takes the time to explain the ice cream-making process, which adds a personal touch. The shop itself is small but beautifully designed, with a cozy, minimalist vibe.
