The food is good and all but oh man the service is terrible! Your night bartender the black/African American lady needs a better attitude. Her attitude makes it seem like she doesn’t really want to work there

Yesterday, Monday, December 16, I was at lunch with some friends, a waitress treated me very badly when ordering my food because my English is not very good. He said, "You speak Spanish." I answered: "yes" she said she was getting desperate because of my way of speaking English, she took the menus and left, without taking my friends' order. very bad customer service.
The lady in the pink hair was getting furious in front of us for no reason when we kindly ask about the extra charge on our bill. We were in shocked about her behavior. Food was expensive for a small amount of meat.

The rainbow hair waitress had an emotional meltdown and yelled at us because they accidentally charged us for an extra order. We were super nice about it. Very strange.

This location is pretty big, with all the windows it's really bright in here. The place itself has a pretty good vibe. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a main entrance and a pick-up entrance.
This was our first time here, but I went in on what was the takeout/doordash entrance. I was acknowledged right away, but the lady was tied up with a customer.
I ordered:
1. Pulled pork sammy with cajun fries - The sandwich was juicy and flavorful. Fries were nice and crispy but couldn't really taste the cajun seasoning.
2. 1 lb. Angus beef brisket (mix of lean and fatty)- The meat was tender and well seasoned. You didn't need bbq sauce.
3. Mac and cheese balls - so crispy, and the sauce that goes with it is fire.
4. Mac and cheese - It was super watery. I'm not going to lie. We were scared to try it based on the looks of it. We weren't going to risk getting a stomach ache by trying it.
5. Banana pudding - Solid banana pudding, it was pretty good.
6. Peanut butter pie - It was decent, nothing too crazy
Overall, the food we tried was good. They have a decent amount of parking. The lady who took my order was nice and made sure our order was complete.

It's pretty good. I had the Classic Combo Platter which allows two meats, with options for brisket and/or burnt ends costing more. I always try brisket at BBQ places as a basic comparator. So I did the hot link and brisket.
Brisket was tasty, and I got the fatty, so it was pretty moist. It did need sauce though. They have 4 kinds on the able and I enjoyed the California sweet the most.
The hot link was pretty hot. And it saw a lot more "real sausage" texture than I expected, which was nice. Again, tasted great with a little BBQ sauce.
They have white rice; I was expecting dirty, but still good. And the cole slaw was a nice change of pace.
Service was pretty fast and dutiful if not congenial. And they have a bar and run the football game, so that's nice too. Lots of parking and a pretty cool place to hang for a Sunday Night Football game.

The BBQ burger had a nice smoky flavor, and the fries were perfectly crispy.
I ordered takeout, and I really appreciated how patient the cashier was while walking me through the menu.
There’s plenty of parking and seating, even on a Saturday night. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m craving BBQ.

This one was disappointing ?
While the menu looked all promising, the pretty non-existing service was too much to bear.
We waited at front door to be seated but no one acknowledged us, said hi or be right with you...after 14 minutes, one of service staff came over with two menus and guided us to a table next to the soda machine and puddles all around us ( I assume from ice being dropped). We sat down, waited another 10/15 minutes for anyone to come over, take our order or ask what we would like to drink, but nothing...so we got up and left....and won't be returning ?♂️
Good food, great price on lunch specials, staff was just attendant enough

Terrible service from a waiter (maybe manager),I didn’t get a chance to try the food because of that (Almost throw our drinks on the table and was rude when getting our drinks), I’m rating 5 stars on the food cause I’ve visited the other location and it’s very good.

I just ordered $64 worth of food. Everything was there except my four wolft terds I live in Morgan Hill that is a long drive. To come to that restaurant from where I live.I feel like you ripped me off. And on top of that, don't nobody answer the telephone. I will be up there first thing tomorrow.

Ordered two meat combos, the brisket is fine but the ribs is kind of hard. Corn bread is very good though.
