Awesome restaurant! I love barbecue and there are a few places that do it at this level. The brisket is perfect. I also love the ribs. I got great service from Seth who is kind and very thoughtful. The restaurant is very lucky to have him! I look forward to my next visit.

Just the worst experience, which is too bad because I really wanted some BBQ. Decor is nice enough but if you wanted something to-go the sign outside says go to the bar. When you get there you get ignored, at-length, as the woman bartender casually talks to a couple of other people, maybe takes an order, and ten minutes later, she hasn't even said hello... This is on a Friday night too, where you might expected them to be staffed! It's probably better because on the two trays I saw come out the brisket looked dry and the ribs looked old/over cooked. My mistake for thinking chain bbq would be any good. Food and service are a total fail here.

I'm a barbecue enthusiast, and Smoking Pig BBQ never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, and it fills both my heart and my stomach. If you love barbecue, you have to try this place! My favorite are the lean brisket, mac n cheese with burnt brisket ends, and their banana pudding!

I was in the shopping center by the smoking pig, and there was a loose dog that ran into the smoking pigs smoke house. I called animal control, and they were going to rescue the dog. The female manager or owner was upset and did not want the animal there at all and would not wait for rescue. The dog was scared and really nervous. She was really not nice about the situation and wanted to let the dog out which its right on coleman avenue. I will not be visiting this restaurant who does not care about animals.

hello Paul, the owner your workers told me to write this to you because you put them in a terrible position to try to serve endless people on opening night of the San Jose earthquakes. If you can't run a restaurant correctly, I suggest you sell it to someone who can it was an absolute embarrassment I have been to your place several times as a ten-year season-ticket holder to the earthquakes. The food has been good most times, it was absolutely embarrassing. You should be fired as an owner and a boss you're obviously too cheap to pay your workers. They were under unlimited stress. I felt sorry for them. I am hoping you can make some improvements to get your restaurant back on track it obviously is not at this time , I hope your wife reads this and get you to do something you lazy bag

Good barbecue! Staff were so nice and willing to set up a table on the patio for our group even though it was threatening rain. We had to stop conversation whenever planes took off from the airport. LOL!

Wife and I went here on a saturday at 11:15am. We havent been here since we moved 3 years ago. Well its def changed. First off the brisket was wonderful. Wife and I both enjoyed it. Now the burnt ends have changed. They were served w out sauce. I dont know if that was intentional? We missed that vinegar tang. The burnt ends were cold. Disapointing. The salad my wife got was doused in salad dressing so she lost interest at a quarter of the way thru it. They changed the fries also from thin cut (in house I bet) to battered fries which my wife considers the worst. When we finished we sat there 15 mins and they took the dishes away and after another 5 mins I asked my wife should I go up to the register to pay? Gonna have to visit the 4th Street location next time.

We went to Smoking Pig BBQ the other night. It was our first time coming to this location. We called ahead to see if it was busy and this location said they weren't too busy so we came here instead. This Smokjng Pig is located by the airport. It's in the complex with In and Out burgers. When driving down the road at night, it was a little hard to find because the sign isn't lit like the other businesses. But we found it. The inside of Smoking Pig is nice. Not sure when this place opened but it looks clean and well maintained. When we arrived it wasn't so crowded and we got a table right away. Our waiter came by quick to take our drink orders and gave us some extra time to get our food order ready. My daughter got a kids meal of pulled pork, I got the combo platter with pulled pork and chicken, and my husband got the brisket and burnt ends. Our meals came out pretty quickly. My combo platter was missing a cornbread so I told the waiter and he told the kitchen to make one. It took a while to make it but I'm glad they didn't forget about it. I really like Smoking Pig cornbread. My platter was okay. I really liked the chicken. It was seasoned well and it was very tasty. The pulled pork on my platter was a little dry. I used the sauces but it still seemed a little dry. My daughter's pulled pork looked a little more moist than mine. My husband liked his meal, he especially liked the brisket on his platter. They only had two waiters/waitress working so you could tell they were short handed. The lady was doing double duty, she was working the tables and the bar. But even though there were only two of them out there, they did a great job. They were very personable and they had great customer service. I'm glad that we got to try this location of Smokjng Pig.

Overall hit or miss. Brisket and Mac n cheese are above average. My latest visit was not good. Went in for lunch on a Friday and previously I have been told to order at the front and another time was told we could sit and order at the table. This time I asked the lady working if we should order first then sit. She told us to sit and order from the table. We were then ignored for 10 min while she was talking to her friends at the bar and then clocked out and left the restaurant. We tried to get her attention with eye contact and verbally and it was obvious we were being ignored. She then clocked out and we were just sitting there in limbo. It was obvious they were really busy because of the number of tickets and the manager seemed to be running food too. We decided to take our business elsewhere after 15 min of sitting with not even a drink order or any interaction. You can do better.

Came here on a Sunday for a late afternoon lunch and was greeted and sat right away. It's was fairly empty when we arrived and got busy as we enjoyed our meal. We both ordered brisket which was very tender and cooked to perfection. The chili cheese fries were awesome and wished I had ordered my own! The chili was seasoned perfectly with a kick of heat that balanced it out perfectly! The ribs were also delicious! The corn bread was tasty! The Mac and cheese was okay, not my favorite as it was pretty rich and it was super cheesy! I would pass on the mashed potatoes next time. Overall the service was amazing even when they got busy and the food was awesome!
