The security guard his. should be fired. His attitude is so ruined. He fully abuses his authorization in a irrespective way. At checking counter, I already complain about him to security company.

Appointment went fairly quick as I already registered online, so I was done in less than 10 minutes. Security can be a little rough with some people but the officer upstairs that got my case was extremely nice and polite.

Really slow just like dmv. Except dmv is better due to their system has different "A,B,&C" for different tasks. This place number is so unorganized and all over the place. Our ticket is "A121" but A120 - A191 is already on the board.Only 5 windows are open when the lobby is filled with people. Expect to wait minimum of 3 hrs+ on a weekday w/o appointment. Unfortunately it was a last minute we have to be here.So many homeless and it smells like urine in the waiting area.

It took me around 35 min to be finally connected to the agent just to learn that she doesn't hear me at all. After a few min of some noise (attempts to hear me) she just hanged up on me......Very helpful....

I called the 1-800 line 6 times to make an appointment and got hung up after holding for 15 to 20 min every single time. As a last resort , I decided to go to the field office in person without appointments. The wait was not bad at all in early morning. The queue got long by 11AM though. Bring all your documents. I missed one piece of document the first time and the officer then took a photocopy of what I did bring that day. I went back the second day and a different officer asked for everything all over again. So I went back the 3rd time with everything and then I was approved. Don't trust USPS for delivering your important documents either. Go in person. It's not bad at all.

I went to apply for SSN. The process was smooth and streamlined. After the security check at the entrance, I collected the token at the second floor and waited for my turn. The forms can be filled online or at the office itself. With required documentation, the process was complete in 10-15mins. Good luck.

I came in at around 11! I did not have an appointment but the people are super helpful! It only took me 10-20 minutes at most and was so fast! Everyone was so nice<3

Nobody wants to address the issue I have, but instead transfer me to different departments and leave me hanging for months. The people at the call center are very rude and unhelpful.

Not open during weekday and workday and when I walked in the entire building rang so no help and I think they closed the building

A mean Lady in call center YELLED at me for no reason during the phone call. She might have some mental health conditions like mood disorders. Apparently, she's not suitable for the job. Poor me!!

I brought all the documents required on the website and stood in line for two hours. I was told that more documents were needed.
