Years ago, I spent more than a week in Taiwan. It was the tastiest time of my life. I think we consistently at five meals a day. We toured down the West Coast of the country and every town had a vegetarian restaurant; they sold food by the pound (or kilo). It was delicious, varied flavor and I loved it.

I’ve heard this place for long time and finally got a chance to try it out. Tofu pudding (豆花） is very delicious. Chinese snacks like 蟹殻黃&蘿蔔絲餅 are all fresh and tasty. Would be happy to come back and try other stuffs on their menu

I picked up some tofu and egg platter, tofu custard made with organic soy bean, it’s so smooth. It’s under $8 for the tub. Usually is about $4 at Chinese grocery store for non organic one.
