This was my first visit to Spectra Coffee and likely my last. The menu is very unclear and hard to navigate, especially if you’re not a regular customer. It’s difficult to understand what’s available, and the options are not presented in a straightforward way. The ordering process is also inconvenient and confusing — and to make matters worse, they got our order wrong and even forgot one of the items.
My daughter ordered a waffle, but they didn’t have maple syrup, and when she asked for whipped cream, they said they don’t carry whipped cream. Honestly, what kind of coffee shop doesn’t have whipped cream? On top of all that, both the food and drinks tasted really bad.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. They really need to improve their menu presentation, ordering system, food quality, and basic offerings if they want to create a welcoming experience.

I want to love this place but the drinks are just a little too slow for me. Hopefully this will improve soon.

Spectra Coffee has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The coffee is consistently good, smooth, and flavorful without being overdone. The space feels welcoming, and the staff are always kind and efficient. It’s the kind of place you can count on for a solid cup every time.

My favorite coffee shop in South San Jose, Iced Honey Lavender latte is my absolute favorite and almost every weekday drink. The coffee has a thick and rich aftertaste.
Can get very busy - lots of different speciality drinks
Ordered matcha latte and Pandan waffle. Flavors were good and not too sweet.
Expect a wait over weekends.
the matcha here is amazing & the banh mis 🙏🏽
Pretty good spot around the area if you have to shop at Costco or TJ. Weekends are always crowded.
Parking is not a pain which is nice.
Salted caramel latte is a must try!
Their drinks and other snacks are great except their services. They need to know how to serve not only foods but also customers. No eye contacts, almost ignoring for waiting people. Especially Iel was very cold and has attitude. Recommend hiring well skilled employees or more training please.

I love this coffee shop. I used to walk there every week to get a latte and a banh mi. The vegetarian banh mi is amazing! I love getting the waffles for my little ones.

There’s nothing worse than craving something , having it , & wishing you never wasted your calories on something that wasn’t worth it .
Came here after trying some amazing croissants at Croissante. Decided i would venture to another spot and try a chocolate croissant . This place was not it . It tasted old and there was no flakiness & the texture was off . The chocolate wasn’t good either .
I got the pumpkin foam coffee . I thought it tasted ok . Probably won’t be back again .
