Their drinks and other snacks are great except their services. They need to know how to serve not only foods but also customers. No eye contacts, almost ignoring for waiting people. Especially Iel was very cold and has attitude. Recommend hiring well skilled employees or more training please.

I love this coffee shop. I used to walk there every week to get a latte and a banh mi. The vegetarian banh mi is amazing! I love getting the waffles for my little ones.

There’s nothing worse than craving something , having it , & wishing you never wasted your calories on something that wasn’t worth it .
Came here after trying some amazing croissants at Croissante. Decided i would venture to another spot and try a chocolate croissant . This place was not it . It tasted old and there was no flakiness & the texture was off . The chocolate wasn’t good either .
I got the pumpkin foam coffee . I thought it tasted ok . Probably won’t be back again .

Spectra is a cute little coffee shop that serves amazing espresso, drinks, food, and sweets. I always get the dir/tea with an extra shot and it always hits the spot. They offer creative seasonal drinks and other non-coffee beverages. Spectra also serves food like waffles and banh mi with a variety of meats, toppings, and flavors. Occasionally they have a baker drop off baked goods! Service is very friendly and fast even when the coffee shop is busy. The place is often crowded and because it's small it can be hard to get a seat. Luckily they also have outdoor seating. Overall this is probably the best place to get a treat and coffee in the plaza.

Coffee was amazing !!
Wonderful coffee place. It's a small space and gets crowded so plan ahead. Their waffles and sourdough toasts tastes awesome. Gibraltar it's a must try.

This is my go to cafe in the area. Excellent coffee and food . Don’t miss the Bahn Mi. Nice staff. Nice atmosphere.
Site is a little small, especially with the popularity with all the locals, so the place is usually busy.

This place has good coffee. Never tried the food. Each time, the service has been inconsistent. I order ahead and it is never ready on time. It seems like a surprise to them, even though it’s paid for.

The cashier greeted me, my iced cappuccino tasted wonderful… but they forgot to give me the pastry we ordered. So I gently reminded them that I’m still waiting for the pastry. Their response was “ Oh, I forgot!” And they proceeded to put the pastry in the toaster oven. I waited again, and they were preoccupied in talking to someone, a friend they carried a conversation with for the last 25 minutes. And again they forgot to take the pastry out of the toaster. I was puzzled as it was not a busy time in the café (3:45pm on a Saturday). I walked up to the counter, smiled and pointed to the toaster and asked, “ could I get my pastry out of the oven?” The girl behind the counter stop talking to her friend and grumbly proceeded to take it out of the oven. Unhappily, she placed it in a bag and hand it over to me - unfortunately 2 pieces. I receive no apology for either the first time they forgot, nor the second time. This was not my first time in this store. I really do like their food and latte…but I would like to urge the management to please re-train your employees to be more customer service oriented, or at least aware of their responsibilities to your paying customers. If I receive a positive response for this review, I will happily renege my rating. I would love to see more neighborhood cafés with this variety and quality of food but more over would strongly recommend working on the quality of service. I believe it go along way in this business.
My favorite local coffee shops in the area. My go to is the Creamy Mint. Glad there’s a a good local place and options to Starbucks, etc.
