I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a fantastic experience that I just had to share it! I called in with a few questions and spoke with a gentleman named Bren. He was an absolute sweetheart ,incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to walk me through the menu, answer all my questions, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. It’s rare to come across service this thoughtful, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized for it.
The food was delicious, but it was the outstanding service that really stood out. Because of Bren, I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend

Did not get a friendly welcome by staff. Older woman at the front was not nice. Food was 10/10 so that was perfect. But if your going to eat at a restaurant you want to know people enjoy their job. And I definitely did not get the vibe. Definitely not coming back.

Surprisingly welcoming and amazing staff. They saw me confused and helped right away. They even caught me to give my food when I wasn't even checking. Great team. The food is exactly what you expect, pretty good. Love the drink flavor selection as well. It's unique; I got a ginger beer.

not too long ago I ordered doordash from this starbird location, after receiving my order it was an entirely different order than what i originally wanted, but the receipt still had my name and order on it. i called doordash support and they were unable to do anything about it, i then called this starbird location and was able to reach the manager which was a woman named Alba or Alva i believe. She let me know my original order was still in the starbird location and that a member of her team had made a mistake with the labeling. She told me she would be able to drop the order off herself but instead i opted to go and pick up the original order and she let me know that her team was remaking the order entirely as the original food was now pretty old and cold. We went and picked up the order and the food was all fresh and the fries were extremely full! One of the workers gave me a free meal coupon and i wasnt able to thank her properly since i was in a rush home. Great customer service, amazing food and management is phenomenal! Thank you Alba!

Tried their seasonal Indian Hotbird lineup and was blown away. For the first time at a fast food joint, the chicken tasted real—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I got the Indian Hotbird, Tender Box, and Masala Fries for takeout, and everything held up beautifully.
The dips are next-level: Truffle Aioli, Tamarind Mint Raita, and Blazin’ Ranch are flavor bombs. Yes, it's a bit pricier than typical fast food, but 100% worth it for the quality. Will definitely be coming back!
