Went here today around 2pm and it wasn’t busy, about 2 groups in front of us ordering. I got the strips and my coworkers got the sandwich. Everything was cold. The chicken was cold and the fries were soggy. When I went to refill my drink I knew why it was cold. They fried the chicken before hand and have a tray on the counter and they just build the sandwich and sauce the tenders as the order came in. Who knows how long the chicken been there. Even though the chicken was cooked already it still took a good 15 minutes plus to get our food. The best thing today was the aioli and ranch for the fries. This location was clean and I liked all the windows which let in a lot of natural light. However before of the quality of food this will be the last time I go here.

one of the only places in sj to get gluten-free fries! the food is delicious and the service is fast in-store, even while many online orders are being filled. everything from the salads to the hot fries are delicious.
Dietary restrictions: The batter for the chicken is gluten-free. The only gluten ingredients are buns and some of the sauces, making this a safe option for celiacs. Be aware the batter does contain dairy. I've been to a few Starbird locations, the staff is always able to discuss ingredients and allergy options.

Starbird is a solid burger and chicken spot, but the textures leave something to be desired.
Food: The burger flavors were spot on, but the eating experience fell short. The sauces made the burger soggy, which wasn’t enjoyable for me. If you’re okay with that, it’s worth a try. The fries, however, were mediocre and under-salted.
Service: Very straightforward. You can order via kiosk or online without any hassle.
Atmosphere: The space is clean, brightly lit, and has plenty of seating. The decor is simple and unfussy.
Overall: I’d consider coming back for seasonal menu items but would skip the fries next time.
Parking: There's plenty of parking, it can be a long walk sometimes

solid fried chicken place (i think they also do grilled chicken) with several sandwich varieties and heat/spiciness options. chicken was fresh and tasty, well seasoned, bun was decent and veggies were fresh.
fries were meh. not amazing, nothing special. they do have good bespoke local sodas so that’s kinda cool.
only other niggle is kiosk only ordering and the interface is a little janky and unwieldy.
might come back. lots of other food choices here, though.

Ordered catering for 15 people for delivery. The bread on our sandwiches was burned. They did not give us the sauces we ordered. And they did not provide a single plate, napkin or utensils. How did they expect us to eat the salad? Very unprofessional establishment.
