If you are ordering online dont ever bother to get double fries. I have gone multiple times and i never get my double fries. Last time i went i made sure to check the bag and noticed it happened again. I asked one of the workers and he looked at my receipt which said there was double fries and he told me no you only got one fry, i kept telling him that it was double fries and that there should be two but he brushed me off. I spoke to the manager and told him that his employee saw my receipt and told me i only get one and i ended up buying another fries which made my order even more expensive. I did not even get a refund or offered to just give me my fries despite seeing the receipt. Im not sure if i did something to make them mad or if theyre just messing with people but it was pretty upsetting.

Yes!!!!! This place is amazing!!! We are visiting San Jose from Colorado and we found Starbird. We have nothing like this in Colorado. Starbird, please come to Denver! I have five kids and a wife and we got a few entrees and split them (sandwich, tenders, salad, etc). We are LOVING this food! The workers are so nice too!! There is good music, great good, we are in the zone and we are loving this! The food is legit amazing.

Had errands around the area and went here for a quick bite. Ordered the Starbird sandwich which was not good. It was crispy on the outside but dry on the inside. Even with the slaw and whatever else inside, it tasted bland. No repeat customer here.

This review is primarily to shame the staff who is working at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 26th. Tonight as I waited for my order I watched a special needs man come in clearly having a bit of a panic. He went to the front counter like asking for help and then panicked and hid in the corner. His caretaker came in and started to handle the issue but after they left the associates treated it like a sideshow, laughing and joking at his expense. As an autistic person myself, it just broke my heart to watch the staff behave that way and as I went to my car I cried a little. I can say that despite the fact that I enjoy the food, I will be most likely avoiding this location for some time, hopefully until I no longer have to see that particular set of staff and I hope that management does something to take care of it.

My wife's salad bowl was alright, but the fries aren't worth it.

We came here shortly before closing (an hour or so) and had a grand old time. The food was good, service was excellent, but the only thing is that I didn't get credit on my app when I uploaded my receipt. But this isn't their fault.
The place was clean. They do stop cleaning a bit before closing, but it was fine. Only the trash area was affected. The food was good, the sauces were on point, and those sodas!
I don't know if I'll be back because it's quite far from me, but if in the area, I'm swinging by.

Came in with my wife to try out Starbird Chicken for the first time as someone dealing with Celiac my whole life, I’m obviously going to be so excited to try out breaded chicken I can actually eat, but honestly the best part of the experience was Brett, he specifically went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t feel rushed or excluded for asking literally TOO many questions about how it could possibly be gluten free. He made our day extra special! So overall, service was amazing, and the food was amazing. Definitely worth stopping by. 10/10 would recommend 🤘🏻

Their gluten free chicken tenders, gluten free chicken nuggets and gluten free french fries were amazingly delicious! I got to eat something other than a salad and it was incredible! Thank you! And your service...those guys were friendly! It was like eating dinner with family you like!

I have been going to this Starbird location every Tuesday for about a year now. I have always had a great experience. The food is and has been tasty and fresh. The staff are and have been courteous in making sure my order is right, and go above and beyond to serve their customers. I will continue to go here every Tuesday.
