Haven't ate from this place for a very long time and the jumbo chicken nuggets were good the only thing I would say is that I wish the inside was jucier and less dry that would've been great. I definitely loved how crispy and crunchy the house fries were I also want to try the truffle fries next time. I loved the truffle Aioli sauce it was very interesting with my fries I also get the usual honey mustard sauce and I do want to try out other sauces over all I'm very happy with what I ordered

Apparently, there was a contest for the best fried chicken sandwich. Since this was winner, I'm afraid to know what the other entries were. This was my first time here and I ordered the Starbird 2.0. While the flavors were overall good, the fried chicken tender was about the same quality as what you would find in the frozen aisle at a grocery store. The fries were decent. I tried the thai herb aioli and Starbird sauces; the former tasted weird and the latter was a tad too sweet. I also got chicken wings with garlic parmesan and Vietnamese bánh mì flavors. The wings were all right. I agree with the other reviews that the craft sodas were good. Overall, a disappointing visit.

First time trying Starbird Chicken and only got the nuggets as I was going to a potluck. Anyway, I ordered the nuggets a few hours ahead of time to be picked up at 6:00 pm. I hit traffic and didn't pick them up until 6:09 pm. They were pleasantly still hot! Seasoned deep-fried white meat pieces. They were larger than expected, but other reviewers had said that in their reviews. I felt it was pretty well seasoned to eat plain. But, I also got their Star Sauce, Mango Habanero, & Thai Herb Aioli. All were good, but the Star Sauce was the most popular. Overall, it was pricey for the nuggets, but I'd return to try the Fried Chicken Sandwich as it was voted "Best Fried Chicken Sandwich in the Bay Area" from the San Jose Mercury News. Nice clean store. Two huge kiosks to order from. Friendly cashiers. Overall, it was better than I initially thought. Strong 3.5 stars!

Ambiance *** Standard fast-food place. Clean, bright. Service *** Standard fast food, as in non-existent. Self-order through a kiosk. Pick up on the counter when ready. That's it. Very minimal self-service condiment of ketchup, water, and paper napkins. When ordering, there was an option to add to-go ketchup packets, utensils, and napkins. When I got my food bag, nope, none of those requested were there. Food *** Dry/lean fried chicken sandwich with breast fillet but tender enough, not hard, chewy, or stringy. The outside part was fried similar to a country fried steak/chicken, not crispy like other fast-food chicken sandwiches. Got fries for the side, more on the softer side. If this is your preference, then it's probably a pretty decent sandwich. Not my thing but not bad. Just not something that I'd crave. Cost/Tip Practice * Pay at the kiosk, with the usual TIPS screen. I skipped. That's probably why I didn't get the add-ons that I asked for (ketchup, napkins, utensils). Total for the meal was just slightly under $18. A big too much for what I got but par for the course. Overall? Well, this is a one-and-done for me. Most likely I will not be going back. If the food was awesome, then maybe. But since it is pretty much a typical fast food place, they need to learn from In-N-Out where the Associates smiled and looked content, provided great service, without expecting tips.

Doors locked and should still be open. Workers sitting at tables and others cleaning. Restaurant is suppose to be open for another 1/2 hr.

Undercooked grilled chicken sandwich was served to me. The lead person Elizabeth argued saying that it was cooked to the right temperature. I know it was undercooked because I bit into it and tasted it. Also, it was my third time eating here in 4 days so I know what the sandwich should be cooked like. She also say I finished the sandwich! Does it look like I finished the sandwich?????? I was a regular customer here but will not eat here EVER again.

great, fast, and friendly service. the food was delicious and did not have to wait long. the starbird 2.0 chicken exceeded all of my expectations and the homemade thai tea was flavorful and a great choice to pair with my food. would definitely recommend coming here and enjoying the food!

5 s for my all time favorite Nashville blazin chicken chop salad ( plan based or real chicken). I ordered churros for the first time. O shared them with my boys. We were so disappointed with the salty taste. Churros should be sweet right?! I wonder if the food preparer put salt on our churros and our fries because I ordered fries too. Also the fries were extra salty. Didn't get to finish them. Not sure if I'm going to order these items again. I'll still go back there for my chicken chop salad.

This is the most watered down corporate shitty food I've had in a while. The restaurant is always dirty, the service is non existent and the food is just really bad. Would not try again.

The food was ok and a little pricey. The cashier had a great attitude and good customer service. I'll try other menu next time.
