Why is this Fast Food very tasty and very dirty!!! During my visit there were only 2-3 visitors, all the tables were free, but I could not sit at a single table, all the tables were sticky, with crumbs, moreover, my sneakers stuck to the floor, the floor was dirty and sticky. I added a couple of stars because the toilet was clean!!!

Ordered the 10-piece nuggets on a Sunday evening, and the food was prepared quickly for takeout with minimal interaction with staff. The nuggets were fairly large in size, and the chicken was a bit dry, but good. Definitely better with the two sauces of choice it came with on the side. The blazin ranch was SPICY, and the truffle aioli was creamy and potent. This wouldn't be my first choice for fast food chicken (other places like Chick-fil-A have better flavor IMO), but it was a satisfying meal nonetheless.

Best fried chicken sandwich I've had in awhile! The texture was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside! I'm always wary of dry chicken at restaurants and this was definitely the opposite! I don't know how they keep the chicken crunch with all the delicious sauce they put on the sandwich but they do! I tried the bahn mi and my friend had the Seoul sandwich both were delicious! I also really have to mention the price because everything else is so expensive and this was cheap cheap cheap (get it? Cheep like a bird?) anyways come here and you won't regret it, like I regret that terrible cheap joke I just told!

Ordered several sandwiches today. Thought we tried something different. Ordered the Nashville hotbird to go- what a crappy sandwich. No flavor other than the spicy and oil they used. The sandwich was drenched in the oil. So much it leaked out of the box that it came. And out of bag and leaked on my clothes, my car seat... what a crappy sandwich. Lost a customer today guys....

Our food came out in just a few minutes despite being pretty busy at lunchtime. **Decor & cleanliness, 3/5** Lots of traffic in and out, so there were stains and dirty tables. **Price & portion, 5/5** Salads are bigger than you expect and make a healthy meal that will still tide you over. **Taste, 4.5/5** Got the Chicken Chop salad with crispy chicken and the green goddess dressing. Great combo and tons of crisp, fresh veggies, but the chicken here is a bit drier than the Campbell location.

Super rude unprofessional staff, I tried this branch 2-3 years ago for my company weekly lunchs always used to make mistakes with orders and food quality, few days ago I was passing by from this store and it was almost my dinner time, I said let's try it one more time maybe their management has changed , unfortunately I had my worst experience with ordering food in my whole life. I got very old chicken strips with fries that Im sure was cooked hours ago, when I asked for the replacement they were arguing with me that it's not bad (like it is what it is) in a very rude way... don't spend your time and money and put your health in danger ‼

First of all such amazing service from all the staff! When entering everyone was smiling upon entering, felt very welcomed. I did not know the menu well but they were patient with me and even gave me great suggestions. The food came out really fast (which is a plus) the food was amazing and very well cooked!
My boyfriend and I came at noon and chose to order on the iPads since no one seemed to be at the counter. Those iPads were TERRIBLE they crashed on us 3 separate times as we tried to order; it was a huge waste of time since we kept having to completely restart, but no one was at the counter either to help us so we didn't have much choice. The food itself was ok my boyfriend tried the Nashville hot sandwich and was not a fan as it was very messy with oil running off the wrapper (literal pools of it coming off) and on top of that it didn't have much flavor just salty. The fries were ok besides the fact they had alot of salt too but not to the point where we couldn't eat them with some ketchup. I had the new bahn mi sandwich and it was not bad i had the same problem where all the sauce was somehow pooled at the bottom of the wrapper and dripping everywhere. All the toppings were tasty and fresh however the chicken itself was lacking in flavor besides also of course being very salty. We did finish our meal and leave full but neither of us will be coming back here.

I have been eating at Starbird since they opened their first store in Sunnyvale. The banh mi sandwich was my go to. In the last couple years they have upped their game by adding a lot of variety including salad and bowls to the menu. I ordered the banh mi chicken salad bowl this time thru doordash. The chicken was crispy from the outside and tender to eat, even after spending 30 mins in commute. I loved the banh mi taste in the form of a salad. The quantity was also generous. Will keep exploring the menu more.

By far the best chicken salad I've had in quite a while! Everything it is was so fresh and that makes a huge difference when building a salad. It was also enough for two people! Definitely returning to try the Tai Chicken Salad as well.

Great food, great service especially from Elvis! He is always positive and kind to us. We come at least once a week and not once have we been disappointed. Fast service, place is always clean and there is just a welcoming environment. The only fast food place we actually enjoy dining in. Highly recommended, Elvis and the rest of the staff are amazing!

Would leave 0 stars if I could due to fraudulent charges. Ate here a couple months back, checked my bank today, and starbird charged me again today at 4:30AM! Don't use your card here unless you like to be stolen from. No issue with the food but will not be dining here again, clearly this business does not respect its customers enough not to steal from them.
