young lady with glasses gave such horrible service , said i couldn’t get a cup of water for not making a purchase even though i mobile ordered

A young lady with glasses attended me in the worst way. I felt discriminated against for being Latina. She was in a hurry because I didn’t order the drinks fast enough and seemed angry because I could barely understand her. I also asked for the bathroom code and she showed zero empathy! Terrible 😢

I was told I couldn’t use the restroom as I need to make a purchase first.
I am a normal customer needing a quick restroom break—making a purchase wouldn’t have changed anything about my visit. I had no intention of taking up space or sitting at a table, so I don’t see why this should have been an issue. I understand that the store is not required to allow access, but a more welcoming approach would have been appreciated, and I might have made a purchase afterward. The store was not busy, and there was no line for the restroom.

My favorite Starbucks in San Jose. Service is fast, drinks are always great, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

very nice, quiet, not crowded at all, outdoor seating was available, drink came out super quickly & the employees are very friendly.

This place is dark and it’s dirty.

The staff were so engaged with chatting to each other they didn’t ask if I wanted whipped cream, I did not. Alright, I can deal with that, I didn’t say don’t add it, I guess.

Then when I pick up my drink I find out they have run out of straws. Maybe tell me that before I order?!

What am supposed to do with this drink now? I threw it in the trash.

Won’t be back here or other Starbucks locations. I thought the new CEO was meant to be fixing this crap. Apparently not.

The girl who serves with red hair and glasses is not at all professional, not at all polite, not at all cordial. You ask her something or ask her a question and she answers you reluctantly.

The woman who served us was the worst we could have had—zero customer service with something so basic.

The ppl at Park and Naglee are Amazing always a smile and hello. Anna,Hayden, Michael and all my other Amazing Starbucks Family

I bought a drinkware here and asked this lady to rinse it before fill it with the coffee that I just ordered. She said she cannot put the it in the sink. What’s wrong with helping a paying customer?
