They have messed up my drinks a few times, but the staff here has always been very customer service-oriented and cordial every time I visit so all is forgiven. I appreciate their excellent customer service.

Seriously the best Starbucks around! They always have my mobile order ready even when it's slam packed. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They are always helpful and I really appreciate them! Also, it's always clean and well organized.

My local stop...of all the Starbucks I visit Staff is not the best. Product service is up to par. I usually stop at opening so I should be in and out but staff is usually conversing amongst themselves.

Once Forrest Gump said “Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you gonna get.” I think it’s similar to visiting this Starbucks. Clearly the barista has a very different understanding of the things they should have delivered.

Nevertheless, I am not surprised at all. I am a frequent visitor of this Starbucks shop and they always amazed me of their unprofessional attitude and variety of excuses to not work. Once they said there is a water pipe issue, another time they said there is a private event. Even when they do open, they keep ignoring any customization and just do as what they like (like regular milk when asked for oatmilk or regular syrup when asked for caramel). There is only one reason I am think of that Starbucks keeps this spot is that it’s a fake Starbucks shop and want to sabotage Starbucks’s reputation.

Order a bacon gauda sandwich and didn't get any bacon on my sandwich. You would think employees would know if something was missing.

I have ordered a Frappuccino and when barista was about to put the lid on it he realized he didn’t have the frap lids so he threw away almost half of the drink away just to put a flat lid. The drink looked so bad I asked if I can get it remade and he said yes but I would have to pay extra. They were super rude about it I ended up just getting a refund

They never get my name right. Even when I simplify, they get it wrong. Ended up waiting for a drink that was placed in the wrong name…I really need to go local. Who is “hazy”?
