The girl who serves with red hair and glasses is not at all professional, not at all polite, not at all cordial. You ask her something or ask her a question and she answers you reluctantly.

The woman who served us was the worst we could have had—zero customer service with something so basic.

The ppl at Park and Naglee are Amazing always a smile and hello. Anna,Hayden, Michael and all my other Amazing Starbucks Family

I bought a drinkware here and asked this lady to rinse it before fill it with the coffee that I just ordered. She said she cannot put the it in the sink. What’s wrong with helping a paying customer?

I came in the early afternoon. The staff welcomed me with a big smile. There is a spacious parking lot in the back of the building. The street view from the inside is awesome!

Unprofessional and unwelcoming. Me and My friend had gone in and the girl with a headband that was working, was ignoring us while taking our order and being loud and not providing customer service, she had also been rude to her other co worker when he just asked if she has made our drinks. The guy that had asked us if we were waiting on our drink helped us out and made our drinks while the other girl had just been rude and laughing with her friends. He ACTUALLY was doing his job while all of them were sitting and talking. May 9th around 10:00 am

It is so rare to find Starbucks baristas who put in extra effort, and the baristas here have made this my favorite location! I messed up my order and they got me a new one, they saw I was working and brought my sandwich to me, remembered my name when I was leaving, just great all around! Not sure of his name- with an “Mo”? Such a refreshing experience :)

They have messed up my drinks a few times, but the staff here has always been very customer service-oriented and cordial every time I visit so all is forgiven. I appreciate their excellent customer service.

Seriously the best Starbucks around! They always have my mobile order ready even when it's slam packed. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They are always helpful and I really appreciate them! Also, it's always clean and well organized.
