It sucks at the wait time is always longer. The lobby is always empty, but the problem is the staff that they’re always on their own world talking about their personal life. I visit the store They pause for a long time to get their point across with each other. And it sucks it’s always the morning people. When you have 3 to 4 customers waiting for their drinks, I’m not sure if this is one of those union Starbucks, I visit the store Monday through Friday just because it’s a easy access off the freeway but it’s not cool that I get to hear their life style every morning what they did the next day before or the gossip.
But I think moving forward, I’m gonna find another easy axis Starbucks on the freeway

There’s an unfriendly vibe here at this location. Visited 3 times within a week and was not greeted upon entering. 3 different times my cold brew was poured then sat on the counter for 2 minutes before someone finally poured the cold foam. The store was not busy at the time and there were over a handful of staff so it just seems odd. No thank you upon leaving as well. This location needs to do a better job overall.

Came in 5 days in a row this week. 4 of 5 days I was dressed nicely for work, and the last day I was dressed for a casual Friday.

When I was dressed nicely, I was treated very well and everyone was friendly. I looked forward to stopping here before work.

Today when I was dressed casually (jeans, hooded sweatshirt), I was treated like I didn't belong in there. They were extremely overprotective of their bathroom even though I had already bought something.

Not putting up with that, won't be back.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service!
I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks location. Every single employee here is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and truly makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Their outstanding service is unmatched so much so that I travel miles out of my way just to visit this specific store. You won’t find this level of kindness, professionalism, and warmth at other Starbucks locations. Hands down, kudos to the entire hardworking team. You all make a real difference!

I HAVE A 4YR OLD CHILD THAT NEEDED TO USE THE BATHROOM, I ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FOR THE CODE TO USE THE BATHROOM, SHE STATED I HAD TO MAKE A PURCHASE FIRST, MY SON WAS STANDING THERE HOLDING HIMSELF, I RESPONDED MY SON NEEDS TO USED THE BATHROOM ONCE WE COME OUT OF THE BATHROOM I’LL MAKE A PURCHASE.
HE CANT WAIT ANY LONGER.

Love this location for after airport pick ups but it does close early... 7pm so keep that in mind. Friendly staff, reliably good service, drinks, and merchandise.

Arrived in Saturday morning after years and was done at the gym nearby. It’s remodeled and has a total different than before. It’s a great change. It’s very clean with wooden tables and leather chairs. Feeling very relaxing and comfortable.
There’s a parking lot, modern design. It’s warm. Friendly staffs special Chris. Good advice and flexible with my requests. Happy to come today. It’s Time enjoy my coffee

Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese; tomato and mozzarella: oatmeal mixed with some topic.

Parking: It’s in front of the coffee shop.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a first and big table for wheelchair.

Rude drive thu barista on 7/24/2024 @ approximately 1:25 p.m.. This location desperately needs to school a few of their employees on how to provide good customer service. They are obviously confused on company policy or are making up their own as they go. Leadership here should focus on professionalism and setting the example on how to be pleasant.

This location used to be pretty good, but lately it seems the employees don’t care about honoring the discounts that Starbucks promotes. I came 7/2/24 when Starbucks was offering 50% off a drink, when I went to pay through the drive through I reminded the worker about the deal but she said she already charged my account and didn’t apply the promotion. The employee didn’t offer to cancel the transaction to apply the discount and said I can still use the promotion at another Starbucks which I thought was just insulating at that point. Been a long term gold card member since 2010 but think I’m officially done with Starbucks.

Starbucks has some of the most devoted and nice employees of any franchise I can think of. Customers are loyal and prices are fair. Oh, and... The bathroom is remarkably clean.
