It really sucks here and no accommodations or kindness and very sarcastic workers. Also the only Starbucks that doesn’t take ebt but lucky I had enough cash to get it still but I think they should fix there system and staff. Dont come here at all I warn to my San Jose people

Mocha coffee, terrible, so bitter, it didn't taste like chocolate, horrible texture, good taste, lukewarm, the employees talk to each other too much, they don't focus on what they are doing, they are inexperienced employees, they don't care if they do or don't do their job well. put more emphasis on what they are doing and stop talking less among themselves

I went to Starbucks located at King/Story for an afternoon pickup. I ordered from the rude cashier a Venti Carmel Machiato Hot with coconut milk as I have a dairy allergy. My name was called and I left with my drink in hand. Im driving and sipping my drink noticing a taste difference than usual. Drinking at least half I started noticing symptoms of gas and bloating, so I discarded the rremainder.I called and tried speaking to a manager but was told wouldn't be available until Tuesday 9/3 by Alexis the supervisor. Aldo return to help with my complaint. It's all in fun at a job, but at least do it responsibly and attentive, I didn't receive any of this. Now I'm suffering from a careless employee

To whom it may concern: I am a coffee freak mildly put and I was at thus store this afternoon and got the best made Carmel maciatto I've ever had in my 15 + years drinking starbucks. ALEXA was my server, she was kind, and knows hiw to make a good maciatto. I appreciate this kind of service 10 all the way around. Please give her a paid off day. I will pay her wages if I could just let me know. She is so deserving of something special. ? Thank you soo much Alexa ? & staff ~

Vegetarian options: They've occasionally had oat milk and other nutmilks recipes for consumption here.
Dietary restrictions: They usually offer to make your drink to your dietary specifications, if asked.
Parking: It's on the corner of King and Story, as well as 5th and Santa Clara, and both have street parking and unpaid lots nearby.
Kid-friendliness: They offer Peter Rabbit slushies, and the meals are fairly inexpensive, often under ten dollars.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible double doors, a wheelchair table outside and a wheelchair accessible bathroom, available after asking a cashier for the passcode.

It was good to try the new oleato latte ! It was good ! I got my string cheese , avacado spread and butter croissant as usual ! It is good like a tall cup of pike place ! I usually like Starbucks but it is different from Peet’s coffee ! :)

This Starbucks is no bueno. Zero atmosphere. Espresso machine was broken. The only redeeming quality was that the staff, although they were completely overwhelmed, were super nice and were working really hard. Just seemed like it wasn't managed well. Like whoever franchised the place figure that Starbucks just sells itself and mailed in the effort
