Everytime I order a Venti drink which costs over $8 due to customizations, they tend to not fill it up to the top. Usually leaves 2-3 inches empty. At that point please charge me as a tall or grande

Woke up with food poisoning on the 4th of July after drinking my tall iced caramel coffee the day before. I know it was Starbucks because my daughter & I had the same meals, but the iced coffee is what I had that was different. I think they used expired milk because I vomited so much phlegm. I will NEVER drink Starbucks again, and this brand is 💀 to me.

I used to work at Starbucks and loved it. I loved connecting with customers and remembering regulars’ names. Unfortunately, my Starbucks journey came to an end, but the memories remain in my heart. This location has an amazing team; they’re fast, and friendly, and the store is really clean. Big shoutout to Joe. He remembers my name and he’s always very polite. He’s a great asset to the team.

They refused to give me water because I forgot to say it at the register when I was ordering. Maybe don’t refuse water to costumers in a heat wave because of a technicality:/ Not coming back to this branch.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They don't listen to instructions. There is 4 women on shift and ZERO MEN & they can't make a cup of coffee if their life depends upon it. They are young and rude. They have no customer service skills. No management skills. I can't believe they even got a job! How did they figure out how to fill out the job application? That amazes me. Don't spend your money there. They don't know how to make a frap at all.. I think they could use a man on the shift to help them be organized.
I order 3 venti coffee frappucinos a common drink I always drink on any other Starbucks, unfortunately this location gave crushed ice without any flavor of coffee, i did noticed right away by the pale color of the drink and confirmed right after I taste it, no coffee or even sweetness flavor at all, i complained to the barista about it and her reply was is the normal flavor for that particular drink, she offered me a syrup to add to it. What good does it does on a thick ice drink???... definitely a store erased out of my personal list to get a drink.
Parking: Location of building is very crowded by traffic all the time, you probably have to park across the street or somewhere else business and cross a busy street by traffic, very careful.
