I used to work at Starbucks and loved it. I loved connecting with customers and remembering regulars’ names. Unfortunately, my Starbucks journey came to an end, but the memories remain in my heart. This location has an amazing team; they’re fast, and friendly, and the store is really clean. Big shoutout to Joe. He remembers my name and he’s always very polite. He’s a great asset to the team.
I order 3 venti coffee frappucinos a common drink I always drink on any other Starbucks, unfortunately this location gave crushed ice without any flavor of coffee, i did noticed right away by the pale color of the drink and confirmed right after I taste it, no coffee or even sweetness flavor at all, i complained to the barista about it and her reply was is the normal flavor for that particular drink, she offered me a syrup to add to it. What good does it does on a thick ice drink???......
