They refused the restroom using for people who are not buying a coffee even I come here very often and stay all afternoon on weekends . Besides they even reluctant to give a extra cup of hot water for someone who ordered coffee.

I stopped buying from SB because they’re over priced about a year ago. I used to come almost everyday during college and while working on job applications at this SB location.

There used to be so many coworking tables and space for collaborations. They’re all gone now. Just poor tables and single spaces. Please bring it back!!!

Really more of a pick up place. There isn’t much room to chill there. Never had issue with this Starbucks. Order in app and pick up is quick since it’s one of the more less busy Starbucks

Rude and unprofessional manager.

My husband and I drove down from Sacramento, after hours of traffic, we stopped to use the restroom and get a drink. The manager snapped at us when we asked for the restroom code. Can’t believe how she was speaking to both customers and the baristas alike. Unfortunately, my iced flat white was worse than the horrible customer service. These automatic espresso machines taste like keurig coffee. Do yourself a favor and get coffee literally anywhere else.

Had a horrible experience with one of the staff members, where they were rude and inhospitable to me and my wife. We wanted to use the bathroom before we ordered since we had been driving for a while. The staff member would not tell us the code and was on some sort of power trip and don't get me started on the horrible coffee order we got. Do better.

Horrible place, trick you in offering a discount and then deny it when you drive over and arrives, and even almost double the price from last year. I called to ask if they can give me a coupon offer that I can’t get to work on my app, they said they will give me the discount when I arrive in store. But when I came they didn’t give me the discount and the price is even higher than before.

Similar things happened multiple times last year too! Horrible place! They told me one thing on the phone and when I go in it is another thing! Should not trick you to drive all the way over like this!

On top of that they sky rocketed the toppings! They charge $6 extra on top of drink price for matcha which doesn’t cost additional last year! So a $7 drink last year became $14 drink! Ridiculous!

Ordered ahead of time & drinks were wrong .. they were delivered so can't go back to the store unfortunately. Asked for a mocha & got a caramel crunch .. got almond milk but second guessing to drink it since the drink was made wrong.. called the store but no answer, hopefully if there is a next time we order they will pay more attention.6/3/24 - around 4:50pm
