I didn’t like the attitude of your cashier. They weren’t enthusiastic in explaining things to customers. When the drinks were ready, they didn’t hand them over or call out our names—they just placed them on the far edge of the bar on their side. We had to lean over to grab our drinks. When we asked if those drinks were ours, they just looked at us and said, ‘Yes, go ahead and take them.’ Overall, the service was poor.

The baristas at this location tend to make assumptions about orders instead of confirming details, and when politely corrected, they often deflect blame and complain to each other for validation. Their attitude toward customers can be unnecessarily rude over minor issues, and it’s clear they pick and choose who they want to treat with kindness. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Go to any other Starbucks location but this one

I bought two late small $11 at story road Target, and drive to meet my freid at willow star bucks I a frewuent man then I asked half ice cup for my ankle pain the bar tender said no you must buy one thing I tald him I paid $11 other sturbuck, he dont believe me and said the rule is to pay here too, I said okay and said to my freind I wlii never come to sturbaks to buy any thing. This is my end of 16 years frequent customer to you. Don be greedy.

I just have to say that I had the most wonderful service at Starbucks this morning. I have been coming in consistently to get my iced vanilla latte and breakfast sandwiches this past week and between yesterday and today, I had to replace my debit card due to suspicious activity. I was issued a temporary card which doesn’t include the chip and upon ordering my usual order, my card was not being accepted. I didn’t realize that it didn’t have a chip until it was too late, and we tried other options to accept it, but it wouldn’t work.
My barista was Blair, and he had consistently seen me coming in over the course of the past week as well. He was so sweet and kind, and as I’m scrambling to figure out what else I can do, he actually covered my coffee and sandwiches. I was absolutely shocked and replied to him, “Seriously? Omg, are you sure?” it was so unexpected and it was incredibly gracious of him to do that for someone.
I really enjoy coming to this particular Starbucks because it is all inclusive and filled with diverse people who really do care and pay attention to their customers. I always see regulars coming in with big smiles and the social interactions are always positive. I know this isn’t relative for every location , and there are Starbucks on every corner in the city, but this is certainly one that takes the cake for me and will always appreciate the team who works there.
