I didn’t like the attitude of your cashier. They weren’t enthusiastic in explaining things to customers. When the drinks were ready, they didn’t hand them over or call out our names—they just placed them on the far edge of the bar on their side. We had to lean over to grab our drinks. When we asked if those drinks were ours, they just looked at us and said, ‘Yes, go ahead and take them.’ Overall, the service was poor.
Consistently amazing service by the barista Angelica. She is very sweet, and the company is lucky to have her. I hope your own experience as a customer is as pleasant as mine when I go

I just have to say that I had the most wonderful service at Starbucks this morning. I have been coming in consistently to get my iced vanilla latte and breakfast sandwiches this past week and between yesterday and today, I had to replace my debit card due to suspicious activity. I was issued a temporary card which doesn’t include the chip and upon ordering my usual order, my card was not being accepted. I didn’t realize that it didn’t have a chip until it was too late, and...
