I went to buy drinks for my kids and practically I got just ice. Also they took a lot of time to make it and I also ordered a light ice drink and got a lot of ice in it.

The service is extremely unprofessional. I told them I wanna redeem stars, they charged my Starbucks card. After I found the error, they said they couldn’t refund because they didn’t print the receipt for my order. Extremely bad

One star for making false hours.. what a pain.. seriously
The baristas here are so slow. They all stand around in a group and watch just one person do 1 thing at a time. The drinks aren't well made either.

Giving 5 stars for the service! The baristas were very nice. It was the middle of the day, and they had a very positive attitude! They went out of their way to write this message on my cup, and it definitely helped me have a wonderful day. It’s the little things!
Stopped by around 2pm on 10/22/24, great Tuesday afternoon with family, went through the drive thru and was helped out by Sid 😊 very funny & the great energy was contagious👍🏼 if you get helped by her, you will definitely leave laughing and with a smile

One of the few locations that actually make you order ice water at the register, which usually have a line. So I'm waiting in line and the workers are standing around so I asked for a water and they told me I had to order it. With an attitude. Not sure why he (or is it a they?) Is so spiteful but I dont appreciate the service and definitely dont feel welcome. But thanks for the water...

I was having a horrible day and wanted to treat myself. The cashier was so nice and made my day way better. I complimented their tattoos and they made me smile. Great customer service.
I’ve been in a lot of different Starbucks and usually everybody is super nice. Today I came in with three friends, some older ladies and there weren’t a lot of places to sit. We noticed the manager was interviewing someone at the center table which seats about 6 to 8 people but she had her backpack her laptop And all kinds of papers all spread out all over the half of the table so we sat down and I asked nicely if we could move a stack of her paper so that we could use part of the table and she got all in a huff about it and says I’m in the middle of a meeting. She packed her stuff up and moved which was nice that we could use the table but I think she could’ve had a nice attitude about it. Instead she was pretty rude. And this is a manager interviewing a new employee. What kind of example are you setting by acting like that?
