I love San Jose. I just found my new happy place at this location in the south. The service, drink and food was amazing. The strawberry green tea infusion and their roasted ham and swiss was too good. I don’t give five stars much but this place I will!!!

We were a little lost getting back SF to our hotel in SJ, it was a long drive with commuter traffics as well and since were still full from a late lunch we stopped in here to get some stuffs before calling it a night.

I can't imagine why a business would close off the main door entrance, making it impossible to perform their service. The drive through was the only open entrance In order to get a drink my husband Brad had dropped me off so he could go to the sports store nearby. I wanted to walk through the drive through and very politely ask one of the workers if I could order a drink from there because the lobby wasnt open. However, instead of responding and kindly alerting me to whether this was allowed THEY IGNORED ME. I was very dissatisfied and decided to take my business to the Peet's coffee establishment because I KNOW they would never refuse service to me. I do not understand why someone couldn't even give me an answer to my simple query. If I could give this review 0 stars I would! Anyone else have this issue? LOL

Pretty bare bones. No seats inside. Pre-order your drinks or be prepared to wait a while.

So I'm basically a regular here and I think my coworkers are the source of half of this Starbucks location's revenue LOL. I usually take a short walk in the mornings and movile order my coffee for pick up. Never had a problem ever! The workers have always been nice and my drinks are exactly to my expectations every time. It's usually quite a few people walking around this area, but so be careful if walking around downtown San Jose alone. Also, there aren't any indoor seats but there are a few outdoor tables. I much prefer this Starbucks compared to the location at SJSU!

Great baristas - especially Jerry. It can be a challenging place to work with busyness and urban environment - baristas and incredibly gracious and kind.

07/23/23 Arrived around 10:10am to order a Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. My name is Wednesday, so it can get confusing when taking a name for an order.10:35am it gets very busy, and I still have no drink. I see a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade with no name, so I ask the cashier about my drink. She says it is mine, so I let her know it is the wrong order. It is busy, so the barista rushes my drink. It's mostly just ice and syrup at the bottom, barely any lemonade. It does not look anything like the advertised picture and does not taste good at all. Why do I tip 20% if my experience turns out like this.Store manager I am assuming, she is kicking people out that have been indoors for too long. She is locking the doors to prevent people from coming in and out, but she gets an attitude when I pull at the door not knowing it is locked. She should stay near the door ready to unlock it, some people have a very real fear of being locked indoors. Very unfriendly atmosphere.Drink and service and atmosphere were all terrible. I do not recommend this place.
