I’m pretty sure this Starbucks served me a drink contaminated by a chemical cleaner, as the “vanilla sweet cream cold brew” was oddly watery, so terribly bitter that it hurt to drink, and it has left me with an immediate sore throat and so much saliva production that I am choking on it. Tried to contact corporate but they just send a lame “sorry we’re busy and it’ll be 3-5 day before we see this” message when you share a “product safety concern”

I have like 15 Starbucks cards and I wanted to consolidate them into just a couple. Well, the staff refused despite not being busy. They said I had to get the app-- I don't want the app . Luckily the Starbucks across the street took the time to help me. I'm giving them two stars because they were very nice when refusing to help me.

never did i think i'd write a yelp review but i've also never been overcharged for a coffee. My usual order only costs around $7 and i guess today they decided to charge me $10. Not only that but i got no receipt so i don't have proof of the overcharge. It also didn't really seem like the cashier knew what he was doing. Definitely not buying from here again.

I ordered 2 drinks and paid for 2 drinks. When they called my name the barista only had 1 drink. I asked for my other coffee which was a blonde roasted with oat milk. The barista Gerve said he only had me down for 1 drink. I told him my order and he got it for me, but did not apologize for the mistake. There was no customer service at this store at all.

Customer service was amazing! During the time I went, there wasn't much customers so they personally hand-delivered us our drinks! They had created a customized drip using a dragon coffee bag they had for sale. Overall amazing customer service and food/drinks!

Today I went in and had the most amazing experience, thank you Starbucks crew! Appreciate you! They are so amazing, it's good to know that people still care about others, I live by that modo, integrity is everything! I frequent there, I have a Son at Oak Hill and many Relatives , My Pup is ever so greatfful, the spoiled bratt Loves her puppyccino! I recommend this place to all my Family, Friends and Business associates!!

My best friends and I decided to come here on a week day for dinner. The place itself was a bit hard to find - since they have sus staircases that lead up to the place - but the place itself was very clean and pretty big. The place was pretty empty when we arrived - but it was a Thursday at 6 pm (they do have reservations so I would definitely recommend making a reservation just in case they get busy).

I love Spanish tapas...everything was delicious. I honestly do not remember all the details about the food.. because I drank so much delicious berry sangria here. I just remember everything being sooo delicious and definitely telling myself I will be back. This west 40th location is the spot to go to because it's bigger and nicer than the other locations.

My friends and I came here on a Sunday night with a reservation for 9:15 but there were plenty of tables open. The entrance is a bit hidden but you do have to go up to the third floor to find the restaurant.
