This location is by far the best, and I want to take a moment to recognize how amazing Catelyn was. I called this store since it’s closest to my job after realizing the drink I ordered earlier at another Starbucks didn’t taste right. Without hesitation, Catelyn told me to stop by and she would remake it for me. Her kindness and willingness to help really stood out. As someone who visits Starbucks often, this is the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. Because of her, I’ll definitely be visiting this location more often. Catelyn is a great example of what true customer service should be, and I’m so thankful for how she handled everything.

Regular level on food and services. But 0/10 in atmosphere.

Mostly outdoor seating. Very limited Indoor seating. ONLY 2 SMALL tables, hard to share with anyone. The whole afternoon I was there, a guy occupied one table play very loud game for the whole afternoon, then he left all his stuff indoor, but himself sit outside of the store for a long time. It’s very strange i feel a homeless shelter vibe. Not work friendly at all.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. People behind the counter sit around wasting time instead of waiting on customers. It would take less time to drive to another location and get coffee before they bother to help you.

Worst Starbucks ever, they made my cortado nothing like one.. I ordered at 11:05 and they gave my order at 11:28 when the app shared it would be ready by 11:13 am ! What more they messed my second drink and they had to remake it.

The store is quite small. I just wanted to use the restroom before ordering a coffee and taking a short break, but the staff told me the restroom is only for paying customers. That policy was really disappointing.

I’ve never encountered this at other Starbucks locations — even without a purchase, the staff are usually understanding and helpful. It’s basic human decency to let someone use the restroom in an urgent situation. Because of this, I chose not to buy anything and left. I hope this store can be more considerate in the future.

Dont Worry AboutIt

I usually frequent this location because of the convenience of it being right across the street from where I work. I spend hundreds of dollars here every month, and today, on a particularly hot day, my son wasn’t feeling well and simply asked for a cup of ice. Despite us being regular customers, he was refused unless we made a purchase.

The employee’s response was not only disappointing but also came across as unnecessarily rude. This small act of unkindness left a lasting impression. Sometimes, it’s the little gestures—like offering a cup of ice on a hot day—that show compassion and build customer loyalty. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that my drinks often don’t come out tasting right at this location, which only adds to my frustration. I will not be returning, and I’ll be letting my coworkers know about this experience as well.
